SmashBurger review: Placing an order

On Thursday, June 8th at approximately 1:17 pm I entered Smashburger store #1714 1925 Turnbull Ave in the Bronx. I waited approximately15 mins before my order was taken. There was no one at the register until 1:31 when my order was taken by Giancarlo. What I also experienced was a verbal confrontation between the guy bagging the food and someone behind the counter where the food was being prepared. The argument was loud and unprofessional. After I received my food I and another customer asked to speak to the manager. We addressed our concerns with Nigel (the manager) and he did nothing. It was an unpleasant experience and totally unprofessional.
