SmashBurger review: Manager/food service

I placed an order with the Lehi Utah Smashburger for delivery.

When I opened my order, my food was stone cold. There was nothing on the cheeseburger even though I had specified when ordering specific toppings.

When I called and spoke with the manager at 7:15pm this evening he informed me that he would not help me because he had 30 other customers he was "dealing" with. I'm infuriated. To have a manager disregard a customer that spent $25 on a cheeseburger, fries and 2 chicken strips or any amount for that matter is disgusting. He has NO business working for anyone that wants to have a good report with customers and a successful business. He is as incompetent as the cooks in the kitchen appear to be. I want a resolution to this problem, and after asking him for a resolution instead of excuses he pretty much told me to F off.
