I received a suspicious message that appears to have come from your official load update sender. The message reads:
Reminder: 6,309 Reward Points will expire today. Please redeem your Smart gift: https://smratrl.top/rewards
This is clearly a phishing attempt, yet it came from the same thread that normally sends my legitimate Smart updates. This could easily mislead subscribers and compromise personal data.
Please investigate this issue and take immediate steps to block such messages, warn users, and strengthen your security filters.
