Purchased a Twin XL Mattress from the Calgary Macleod Location from Tina A., and it was a sale mattress. There was a clause that I couldn't exchange it for 21 days. This should have been a red flag for me as a Consumer, but I didn't think much of it, as I had purchased before from the Sunridge location in Calgary, which had been an amazing experience. Well within the first 48 hours I knew the mattress wasn't a fit, and I was waking in pain, and having major problems, as I suffer from Chronic Back Pain and Medical Conditions. But I kept my word and soldiered through the 21 days. Only to be told, that they were going to charge me an additional $100.00 (restock fee.) $99.00 Processesing fee, and then a Fee for the mattress as the difference for the mattress in the Soft version was no longer on sale and I needed to pay that. (Though if I had been able to exchange in 48 hours like you normally can, I wouldn't have had to pay over $500.00). So, almost $700.00 to exchange my mattress? When I did an exchange with Sunridge it was free. (Whats the Catch Macleod?) I am Not impressed,a nd I will never buy from Sleep Country Again.
