Sleep Country Canada review: Mattress and sheets and customer service

Purchased a mattress and box spring from Sleep Country in 2015. I paid around $1400 for a pillow top mattress and box spring. For about the last 8 months could not figure out why my back has been very bad. I looked at the mattress the top cover has ripped off, you sink down to the box spring, the mattress has split. It is not firm and lop sided now. I could see problems if I had purchased a cheap mattress, I did not. I contacted customer service and got a reply sorry nothing we can do, past warranty. I was hoping to receive a discount, nothing. Never asked for pictures or send someone to look at it. They never even addressed the sheets. I was sold sheets that do not fit the bed. I asked before I purchased sheets will it fit the bed. I was told yes. I to was a loyal Sleep Country customer purchased a lot from them but not now
