A large 3-4 foot vertical crease/fold developed on one side of the mattress 10 months after receiving it, also purchased the sleep eaze 4.0 adjustable frame, duvet, sheets and mattress protector from sleep county after I had a life changing work place accident, this bed is very important to my health and dealing with my serious permeant disabilities, been dealing with customer service the past 2 months and sent them everything they asked for but I continue to get the excuses and it’s under review which will take 2-3 days but never hear anything back and again 2 months have gone by, I just contacted Alberta WCB today to get them involved in getting fair warranty, WCB told me they purchase ALOT from SLEEP COUNTY so if incontinue to get walked on by sleep county Canaada customer service at least WCB ALBERTA will know what kind of company they are dealing with and hopefully will stop buying from sleep county Canada and go elsewhere because WCB clients don’t need to be dealing with this company’s customer service, I will know begin to tell everyone about my experience with sleep county Canada through the good old internet and hopefully stop many from spending their money at sleep county Canada

Also this mattress is no longer being offered cause of all the issues they have been having with this model , been replaced with the KINGSDOWN Huely but the still won’t honour their warranty and by reading the BBB reports and many many other customers reviews this is been a on going way they do business so once ALBERTA WCB do what they can I’ll be filing a claim with the ALBERTA courts and see what a judge thinks of these pics of this mattress and evidence of the way customer service has dealt with this defective product , sleep county will also be paying for my court costs on top of the mattress cost
The worst customer service , customer reviews and BBB negative reports ever , don’t know how SLEEP COUNTY CANADA are even in business …..wish I looked for reviews before I spent 10k at SLEEP COUNTY CANADA on a new mattress and adjustable frame …..got a crappy defective garbage mattress that’s destroying my health
