My travel of a lifetime was cancelled to Australia New Zealand due to the Covid-19 by Online Vacation and only offering a travel credit back. I was schedule to go on a trip of a lifetime to Australia New Zealand on March 23 and on March 13 it was cancelled by Online vacation due to the Covid-19. I was told that Royal Caribbean would refund the cruise at 100% which I have not receive to this day and from Online vacation I would get a $450.00 travel credit for future us. I paid over $7,447.74 for 2 tickets and if I had cancel this trip t it would be non refundable and I understand that, but it was not stated anywhere that if they cancel that I would not get my money back. This is not right and I would like my money back. Meanwhile I was e-maiing Leon Delsol and after my 3rd email to him he stop communicating with me. I really need help in recovering my money back. Refusal to refund booking fee even though cruise was cancelled. Online Vacation Center reservation number XXXXXXXXXX for John and Sandra Smith. They refuse to refund booking fee for cancelled cruise due to Covid. They offer credit for use on new booked travel through December 31. Due to my age and underlying medical conditions, I will not be able to make a commitment to travel by that date. Due to the unusual circumstances for the foreseeable future I'm requesting a full refund of my $98 booking fee.

Company has not refunded me for canceled vacation package. Sent future vacation certificate I can not use and after numerous calls nothing else. 8 of my friends and I booked an Australia/New Zealand air, hotel and cruise package with this agency. We also booked excursions. Due to Covid - 19, on March 13, the trip was canceled. Within 72 hours we received a full refund for our excursions. That same week, we were given the option of refund or cruise credit which we would receive in no more than 45 days. I chose refund. They also said we would get future vacation and air credit for the rest within a month. A month passed *** then I was told, "they had met and determined a $450 future vacation credit and the airlines would be emailing us their info within a couple of days." One week later I received a future vacation certificate with no value on it and nothing about the air. To be fair, I spoke with a Sales Manager and she said those certificates were sent out in error and would be immediately replaced. They did replace it but, here is the issue...I will be 69 by expiration date. I have Diabetes, high blood pressure and several other chronic issues that are prevalent alongside Covid 19. I will not risk my life for a future only God knows IF , I will have. Online refuses to refund my money and that's what I need. They are inconsistent with our group of ladies (all over 65 with various health issues). They refunded trip insurance money to 2 of the 4 of us that bought it and told the others they would receive future insurance credit. They refunded the $99 agency fee to 4 of the 8 and told the rest of us nothing. They told us to check with Royal Caribbean about our cruise refund and Royal Caribbean said I needed to contact them. I filed a complaint against Royal Caribbean also because my money went to them and they were supposed to refund to whatever form of payment used. But, give me my flowers now, while I'm living! I am battling something right now. I was tested for Covid but at this time, they don't think that's what it is. At any rate I want my money...not a future vacation credit or future air credit! I don't know when or IF I will ever travel again! Please help me get back what I paid and so desperately need now!

Company has not refunded me for cancel refund package! I cant used future vacation package. I am one of the 8 ladies who paid in full for a AUSTRALIA/ New Zealand air, land and cruise vacation package from Online Vacation Center Additionally, we purchase a full line of excursions. on march 13, online cancelled everything because of the pandemic. within 3 days every cent of our excursions money was refunded and we were told everything else would be settled within 4-6 weeks. That didn't happen.then we were told royal Caribbean would refund us in full within 45 days of sail date March 27 a future vacation credit for $450 would be sended to us and the airline would be emailing us information within a couple days that didn't happen.i only received certificate with no value.when the spoke person for our group called about the certificate they sent out another one for 450 I don't want a future vacation credit from this company I don't want to have anything else to do with this company,as soon as they refund all my money. they refunded bit n pieces to 4 members of our group insurance to 2, $99 admin fee to 4 there are 8 of us who communicate with eachother. how can they justify these inconsistencies I want my money back. no future anything I am 70 with diabetes and auto immune condition.i wont be traveling anywhere anytime in the near future. I WANT EVERY PENNY I GAVE THEM.
