My first vendor since moving to Simply Green Pest Control in 2017 is still my favorite. I live in an open natural setting of a mountain slope. But so far Simply Green has kept me safe from anything scary creepy crawly - my mother in her previous residence on a smaller lot, in a smaller house, in a more urban setting has more pest issues despite monthly services by a national company.

Will w/ Simply Green is always very courteous when he comes and always does such a great job. He is fast, very efficient and always communicates well. I always appreciate him calling to let me know when he is going to arrive and when he is done. If we ever have areas of concern, he addresses them and always welcomes us to call back if we still see an issue.

It's hard to believe Luke is still in his first year as he is quite simply the best! All of our techs have been great, but Luke raises things to the next level. He manages to complete everything just a little more efficiently than everyone else, and never needs a reminder on missing steps. He is the example for all your new techs to follow; we appreciate having Luke as our regular tech.

Tech Will has always been on time and courteous when servicing my residence. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers any questions I may have. In two occasions, I have not been able to be there for when he arrives for our schedule services but I have grown to trust him and he has had my permission to enter my home to complete the services. Will has shown professionalism and has excellent costumer service skills.

Simply Green is above board-They take their time, ask questions, always explain the treatment(s) performed-Come back if you see any insects for Free-I had an ant issue 2 weeks after my bi-monthly technician came back out, no questions asked & spent more time than the first time at NO COST to me. They really do stand behind their product. We also have 3 dogs and their pesticides are pet friendly! :-)Aloha~~

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was the reason I chose to use Simply Green. Tyler and another team member both did a wonderful job and both worked hard. We walked the property and they fielded my questions before starting. I was thoroughly informed and knew exactly where drilling would be performed and where trenching would be done. These two were courteous and made sure I was taken care of. They went above and beyond in my garage. I was thoroughly impressed.

Tech Rudy was on time to our appointment today and even sent me a quick text about 15 minutes before he arrived. Rudy was very informative and even remembered my last servicing. It was a very nice surprise to find a service provider who followed up on my past pest problems and really took care to ensure I didn't continue having issues! I will recommend this company to anyone who needs pest control services, because the employees, like Rudy, are all stellar!

This company is so easy to work with. They were able to schedule one of our stores for service the following day - their prices are more than fair and they give you several options to choose from. I will hire this company again in the future for our other AZ locations! Thank you, John, for taking care of this project. Thank you Sarah for getting everything scheduled so quickly! I have been using Simply Green for almost two years now, and I have always been satisfied with their customer service. They respond and schedule appointments quickly, and everyone I speak to is kind and considerate. For the most recent visit ( June 2022): The tech arrived within the promised time; he was courteous and efficient. He explained the process and what he would do and informed me when the job was finished. Despite it being 100+ degrees outside, the tech was upbeat and friendly.

I really appreciated Brandons work and his time he spent explaining things to me. I know he didnt have to do as much as he did, explaining, but I really appreciated it. It made me understand what was going on and made me feel comfortable. Great service, great employee makes for a great company! I like Simply Green because whenever I have an issue that has not been resolved, like I find a spider, they are more than willing to come back out and take care of the webs for me. Thats what I like about this company, accountability and service!

Tristian was awesome. He explained everything he was doing, where he was going ,why he was doing everything, and answered all of the questions that I had for him. He took special care of the few areas that I have had issues with in the past with spiders and a scorpion and explained simple ways to keep them out of the house. I appreciated his intelligence and sense of humor through the whole process. I would 100% highly recommend him as a tech. If I could have it my way, I would surely have him come back for the future appointments. Thanks Simply Green and Tristian.

When I started with Simply Green a year ago I thought I would only do one or two treatments and that would be good. Ive come to appreciate the expert work each technician has done. They are always on time and very polite. They talk to me about any concerns I have since the last treatment. I have had to have 2 second treatments as...well...seasons change...bugs happen. They have politely and quickly scheduled the retreats so I can enjoy a pest free home and outside property. I am very confident in their services and will continue to use their services and recommend them highly.

Thank you Tristian for helping me today through the process of termite treatment. You explained the work you would be completing and clarifying what the application would look like. You were also creative in how to treat the area at my entrance that had to ensure it would not be damaged. I am also thankful that as you treated my home you also took note and gave me some guidance of some improvements that can eliminate thriving environments for pests. If you are in search of an excellent pest control service company with technicians who are knowledgeable about insects, and how to get rid of them with very reasonable prices and top notch professional staff, then Simply Green Pest Control is the company for you! I had gone with another company first that I wasn't satisfied with, and the follow up wasn't up tp par. Needless to say after calling 2 to 3 other companies I went with Simply Green because of how the first person I talked to really knew his stuff when it came to my insect issues we were having, and their follow up report with customers is amazing! Sometimes finding just the right company can be nerve racking, but I'm so happy to have landed on Simply Green Pest Control.

Great company doing great work. They answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable about the service you will receive. All pesticides are eco friendly and pet friendly so as a homeowner and pet owner you don't have to worry about anything. Plus, the products are extremely efficient. They have a 100% guarantee and they will, and have for me personally, come back for free to address reoccurring issues. I had some exterior fixtures (sheds, cabinets) removed where roaches were hiding after my initial service because these areas were inaccessible. Simply Green sent someone out ASAP when I alerted them of these new problems and they took care of it with smiles! All their techs are super knowledgeable and eager to help. Keep it up!
