We called The Bed Bug Pros because we suspected we had bed bugs from some bites that appeared. We were horrified! Sonny from The Bed Bug Pros not only returned our call immediately, but actually came to our home within a few hours. Sonny did a complete search of our home, and told us that there was no sign of bed bugs! He put our fears to rest, and (get this) DIDN'T CHARGE US A PENNY for the inspection! Highly recommend The Bed Bug Pros to every one!

Having bedbugs can cause a lot of stress, but thanks to Sonny he made this a seamless process. From my first time speaking with him and explaining my situation to the final day he inspected the house with the dog, he made me feel at ease. Thanks to Sonny and his dog, the stress of bed bugs is gone and highly recommend to anyone that is unfortunate of having to run into these pests. We had a visitor to our house who left us with bedbugs. Over a few months they multiplied. We found an infestation in one of our couches. We called Bed Bug Pros and they placed us on a program that took four months of spraying once every month. Happy to say all the bedbugs are dead and we have a clean home again. Not only was Sonny so much more considerate and understanding, he offered MORE services in a similar price range. I immediately cancelled my appointment with company X and never looked back. He exudes a calm, confident demeanor that will give you comfort during this crisis. Because yes, even though they are "just bugs", there's potential for you to get wildly out of control with the psychological burden these little pests will hold over you. I work in what Sonny calls a "high-risk" career and had the misfortune of taking home a hitchhiker. Sonny was the only one of three exterminators I contacted who called me back and he immediately set me straight with facts and a plan of action. He is keen on education and prevention of future infestation and patiently takes time to answer inevitable questions, subduing the stress and anxiety you'll likely be feeling. It doesn't hurt that he's also a super nice guy with an adorable K9 co-worker. Just remember to trust him and stop reading horror stories on the internet. We stayed in a cabin, and unfortunately my fiancé ended up being covered in bed bug bites. From a referral, we called the Bed Bug Pros to inspect our house to see if we brought them home. This company uses a trained dog to search your house, and this is one of the reasons why I so highly recommend them! Only one bed bug was found, which was hiding within the springs of a computer chair. I can't imagine a human being able to find this on their own, at least without spending a whole day at your house. The dog cannot smell out eggs though, so we decided to play it safe and hire them to treat our house. I'm glad we did, because the day before the first treatment I found bites on myself! He was available through text message to answer our many questions that would arise. The treatment process did not require nearly as much preparation work as we had expected either. After the 3 treatments, Sonny brought his dog back to inspect and found no bugs. He also provides a guarantee for 60 days after the final dog inspection. Having bed bugs is an extremely stressful situation, but Sonny's expertise and professionalism made this a seamless process. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has the unfortunate mishap of having bed bugs!
