Do Not even think about entering your credit card information into this website for automobile scratch repair that recently departed huckster Billy Mayes screamed how well it worked. As soon as you enter your credit card information and decline a long list of irritating pitches to buy all kinds of additional junk, it automatically submits a bogus order adding multiple unwanted items. The "free turbo car vac" is a cheap piece of plastic junk and you are charged $15 additional for shipping it!
What started out to be a $9.95 purchase ended up costing $45. I cancelled the entire order minutes after it was submitted. I emailed their "customer service department" numerous times regarding cancelling the order and made several long distant phone calls to the rudest person I've ever dealt with only to be told the order had already gone out and couldn't be cancelled. I ordered and canceled on a Sundy, the order was not processed until the following Tuesday.
This TV pitch is a complete scam and shame on me for falling for it. Don't be another victim!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Add us to the list of scammed consumers who purchased Simonize Fixit based on the bogus TV ad. It was the usual now available for "19.95" plus "buy one get one free". Even if one was not actually free that is still only $40.00. And the vacuum was free if you purchased two. Our bill was for $84.99 - Shipping and handling was $32.85, Tax on $40 would have been $2.40 which leaves $9.74 unaccounted for. What happened to the BOGO? Everything came in one box. Where do they get off charging $32.85 for shipping?
Unfortunately, I found this site after the purchase. There is no way to contact the company on their website. No supervisor is available to talk to about your complaint.
This company should be shut down. They are guilty of false advertising and deliberately scamming the consumer.
