*** is our sales rep
is our sales rep. On 9/6, I sent Highfil a text telling him we wanted to add our kitchen floors to our existing ***. On 9/7, I called and left a voice message with the same info. He was non-responsive, so on 9/9, I drove to Simas Floor Company at 10am. Cat *** helped me. She said that *** had been out for a family emergency. I explained my situation to Cat; she said she wasn't a salesperson but spoke to someone in the back about my order. Cat returned and confirmed the $8.45/sq ft had not increased. She assured me they'll take care of us and said no one else but *** could add to our contract. She mentioned that *** would follow up with a contact when he returned, honoring the price. She also gave me a printout with some of this info, to which I added notes in front of her. *** sent me a DocuSign on September 13. Before signing, I asked for a price breakdown. It showed a cost of $10.76/sq ft, plus $2,600 for install, sand, and finish. Huge increase! Unethical and dishonest.
