Ordered the above mug as early Xmas gift. Paid with PayPal. Was charged twice the Price of the item. Am currently Denied Access, blocked from signals.com website. Tried two different browsers (Safari, Firefox). Adjusted settings to ensure the content/site wasn’t blocked. Searched and tried specific links to website but was still blocked. Cannot access to determine status of order but money was taken out of PayPal account. Is signals.com, potpourri group.com and parent company Target requires signing up/signing in to access any information. Shipping address was incorrect. It is being “sent” to my home instead of gift recipient.

Claimed loss: $30.00

Desired outcome: Product delivery to correct shipping address at correct (refunded difference) in advertised price.
