Have been trying to remedy an address change issues that I was assured via email was taken care of. Now I cant get a response. Have tried for over a month via various methods to contact Customer Service (Email, Chat, Phone). Why have these if they are not going to be monitored. Even messaged the CEO and VP of Operations on Linked In. No response.
Its a shame, the service used to be great!
Recommendation: Stay away if they are not going to service customers!
