I had a subscription for my son who is a junior and I canceled the subscription in January. Out of nowhere I get a charge for an upgraded “Links” membership for a man not a junior. I have not received a shipment since January and now they say that I started a new membership which I did not. They charged and refunded me fast and easy tracking every month even though my subscription was cancelled and I am apparently talking to a bot that doesn’t see the issue. They send me a record of my history and say they can’t cancel the order bc they would have to go through “thousands” of order. Which I doubt. Anyway I did not sign up for the membership and they are refusing to cancel it.
