I ordered on 8 Nov 2019 my order arrived in Cainta Hub on 17 Nov 2019, it was overseas. Now I have been waiting for 18 days for my delivery. Shoppee Express courier is not reliable. My order did not get delivered because of "insufficient time", what the hell?! Don't you have reliable logistics planning?When I contact shoppee customer service all they are saying that my order will be delivered "tomorrow" it has been 1 week and I am still waiting for that tomorrow to come. Please fix this immediately!
please, does.anyone knows what's the address of cainta delivery center? my parcel got lost, and i really want that item, gusto ko hanapin dun, dahil wala nakong ibang mahanapan ng ganunh item. i was refunded but i still wanted that item! help me! i tired finding the same item from another market place but to no avail. badly want to have that item!
cainta anuna? dalawang araw ng nasainyo yung order ko wala ba kayong balak i deliver, hindi katulad ng ibang hub one day lang sakanila nakaprocess na yung pag deliver
I can assure you na hindi lang Cainta Hub. Pati Baguio Hub din. 3 packages ang ineexpect ko, wala man lang dumating ni isa. Contacted CS tapos sabi expedite expedite. tapos nakareceive ako ng message ngayon sakanila na hindi na daw nila madedeliver yung isang package at irerefund nalang nila ako. WTF. refunds are great and all, pero kelangan ko talaga yung mga inorder ko. ngayon waiting nalang ako kung darating pa ba yung 2 pang package ko or hindi na. sabi ko na nga ba J&T nalang or Ninjavan dapat pinili ko. nasa huli pagsisisi.
Sino po nakakaalam kung saan yang cainta hub na yan. Still na tambak na yung parcel ko sakanila. Pang 4days nang na sakanila pero hindi parin pinapa deliver. Badly needed ko pa naman yun para sa baby ko from overseas
Hala bigla naman po akong kinabahan sakin din po sobrang tagal ideliver huhu nung oct.26 ko pa inorder pero nastock lang sa cainta hub. Pero nakalagay naman po yung expect date sa nov.9 sana dumating sya mismo sa expect date na binigay huhu

Nakuha niyo na sa inyo? Puntahan na kaya naten? Alam ko yon kung san yang Cainta Hub na yan. Dec 21 pa andun saken di na umusad. Expected delivery date ng akin 29 hanggang ngayon wala pa din putanginang Shopee Xpress yan.
Saan ba banday yang cainta hub na yan? Nakakabwisit na. Order ko dec 13 til now wala p din

Same thing is happening to me right now. Too bad my only option when i ordered was shopee xpress. Then ive been getting templated response which goes like “we’ve expidited your order please wait for 2-3days” and it been a full week and when i asked what happened I got the same fricking response! WHAT THE HELL! Too much INCOMPETENCE!
