We were, and still are, treated with respect and I am very pleased with the outcome of Mr S’s efforts. He is extremely knowledgeable with IRS laws and helped me with both my IRS and State tax problems. I would absolutely recommend Shepard Law Office if you have legal problems.

I went to Sheppard Law Offices Co., L.P.A. in 2019 for assistance with a sales tax assessment I received from the government for a previous business that had closed down. The lawyer advised me not to contest it, as my only option was to offer a compromise. However, over the years, he kept giving me excuses and I had to keep paying for his services without any progress being made. Recently, I got a new job with better pay and wanted to offer a reasonable amount to the attorney general to settle the matter. The lawyer then asked for a retainer of $4k instead of the initial $2k, plus additional fees for working on it. I requested a final review before submitting the offer to ensure it was well-prepared. After a few months, he sent me a denial from the government, stating that it was from a previous submission and I couldn't make a new offer at that time. I questioned why he had told me I could submit an offer if I didn't qualify. I asked for a refund since he couldn't help me. He only gave me $1000 back and kept $3k, even though he hadn't achieved anything. I sought help from this law firm, but I feel like I've been given the runaround without any results. I believe I've been scammed out of my money. I request a fair resolution to this situation and ask for a refund.
