payment not received

I attempted to purchase credits on the wed site, but it didn't go through. I called my card company, and they said there is funds for the card. The transaction number is IOV539944847498906555 and the card ending #0764 in the amount of $99 for 300 credits. The dates of transactions were 12/28/2022, 12/29/2022. My email is: [protected]@yahoo.com. I tried several times. Please help me in this transaction.

Desired outcome: Purchase 300 credit on my login page.

Eye fell out immediately

Received numerous hand puppets for my 2 year old son as a gift for Christmas...no age limit marked on the puppets. I was really glad I did not give them to him to play with because one of the eyes fell out almost immediately. I feel that this is a huge safety hazard for children and would like to make a formal complaint about this product. I have NEVER done this before but this could be a bad situation if a child swallowed the eye.

Specific toy with a problem:
Right eye fell out immediately after removing from gift box.
Red Parrot hand puppet.

I have a small child who loves to chew on these hand puppets. We bought 4 reptiles and he loves to play with their fingers and tails. However, I have had one of them lose an eye as well. My son was 10 months old at the time, and he would've definitely tried to swallow the lizard's eye if his grandmother had not noticed. And I agree that there was no appropriate age group listed on the packaging. They are hand puppets and seemed harmless. He still has one left, and he still loves it.He won't go to sleep without it. It has been through a lot, and does seem sturdy. However, the eye falling off does indeed concern me as well. Thank you for posting up this complaint. I had initially thought that it was my son's rough play with them that cause the iguana to lose it's eye.
