These people are shameless crooks ! I have not received my boots but they charged my card and won’t Return my emails or calls . How can they get away with this ! I looked around and found they have been doing this to other people too! Also they have a bunch of other names they operate under all same address in Nanaimo Wallace street They use spirit moccasins, Moccasin country, Tecumseh canada and I’m sure they have more ! Beware of these thieves. I was able to get my money back from my credit car’s company thank god
I bought a pair of ladies moccasins size 8 and also I bought another pair of ladies moccasins size 9 with a totals of $197.73 being paid by my VISA CARD.
I never received my purchase and I have the order summary invoice.

I ordered a pair of mukluks in October 2017 and still did not receive by Christmas. I spent the month of January leaving emails and voicemails with no response. This is a fraudulent company that I believe does not exist. Thankfully my credit card company refunded my money or I would be out $300. DO NOT BUY from this place. You will NOT get your product, and they do not answer phone or emails
I received my moccasins on December 7th, 2018. By early January, the sheepskin lining was getting holes. I contacted the company and they did not respond. By early February, the soles on both moccasins were coming off due to the stitching either being cheap or defective. I contacted the company again. This time they wrote back and asked for photos. I sent them and they wrote back to say they thought I had been wearing my slippers outside and that is why the soles were coming off. I had only worn them inside and in any event this did not explain the holes in the lining. I wrote back and they never wrote back to me again, despite repeated attempts to follow up. I would expect "durable" moccasins to last longer than a few months. I'm really disappointed. Worse yet though was the lack of customer service. Their rudeness was startling. Never again.

We received the moccasins we ordered but never had any of our emails or phone calls returned. This included requests for an return number because the moccasins didn't end up fitting.
I ordered from Sheepskinandthings years ago and received the leather lined moccasins I ordered for my husband. On December 31, 2017 I ordered two pair of the same moccasins on the website, immediately received the emailed invoice/receipt showing that my PayPal account had paid them. The invoice said that I would receive an email when the moccasins were shipped. The delivery time estimate on the website was 2 weeks. Now, nearly a month later, I have received no email stating that my moccasins have been shipped, I have called all 3 of their telephone numbers that are never answered, voice mails full - and I have sent emails that have not been answered. SHEEPSKINANDTHINGS HAS TAKEN DOWN THEIR FACEBOOK PRESENCE. I have checked my PayPal account and confirm that they have been paid. I plan to contact PayPal and ask for their help to get my money back. I am so very sad and would much rather have the moccasins I ordered. I think I am one of the people here who have been scammed also; amount for moccasins charged to Master Card, but no merchandise after a month (Ordered April 30, 2015, now May 26) How do these companies get an online security clearance for this? The BBB or some other governmental department should be shutting them down, yes? First time I have ever had an online shopping problem and it truly makes me furious and unwilling to trust companies online who say they are "reputable". I hope they sleep well at night knowing they are criminals and low-life scam artists. S. Warrell

I ordered my mukluks on the 20th of November 2014. Like previous comments here they were noted in stock and would ship within 24 hours. I also purchase the xpresspost shipping so I could receive them sooner. I emailed them on the evening of the 21st and I received no reply. I emailed them on Monday the 24th, no reply. I emailed them again today, and no reply. I have attempted to phone their 1-800 number to be told it had been changed but they wont tell me what its been changed to. I phoned the [protected] to just keep on ringing. I have also found numerous phone numbers online for Tecumseh Brand themselves so I could advise them of the sellers they have and their customer service issues, But Tecumseh phone numbers are not even in service. Canadian Outfooters and Sheep skin and things are owned by the same people. I looked online and found Laurentian Chief Mukluks and a company in Banff called Banff indian trading Post. The gentlemen I spoke to there knew exactly what I was talking about. He told me he has no idea what in the &&**9 Tecumseh is, because their mukluks are exactly like the ones they sell but they've added an additional tag. By the way, they are cheaper on their website by about $50... For anyone looking to purchase Tecumseh Mukluks I'm gonna go ahead and say that these are basically a knockoffs from the real mukluks at Laurentien Chief. The website for them is banffindiantradingpost.com and I strongly suggest you go this route folks.
I placed an order 2 days ago for a pair of 1300 dollar muklucks. Item was listed as in stock. 2 days later I get an email advising me that my item was back ordered 6-8 weeks.! When I asked if my credit card would be charged I received a reply that no it would not and they would cancel my order ! I never even asked to cancel my order. Further emails went unanswered until at the end of the day I get a final email telling me I was being rude to staff in my emails! I could not get through on the phone, no automated pickup and no way to lace a message. Even tried on their Facebook page and still no reply. How does this company stay in business ? I too ordered a pair of mukluks from Canadian Outfooters. I waited the stated business days for a shipment notice, but none had come. I tried to email the company and have received no response. Under more research I discovered that sheepskin and things and canadian outfooters are the same company with the same address in Calgary, but there is also an address in Naniamo. I attempted to phone all phone numbers posted on both web sites as well as facebook numbers and their blogs. None of the phone numbers were correct. I am so very disappointed. This company is an unreliable joke. Their mukluks are gorgeous (Tecumseh) but they are a dismal failure as a company. If they are unable to keep up with the demands they should advise their customers of such. It's such a disappointment when you see a product that seems to stand out above the rest, but the management of the company you choose to buy them from is greatly subpar: that's to put it nicely. They need to be put out of business because far to many people have been screwed over by them. Their BBB rating of F is very accurate. They should be forced to take down their websites and give up their company because they are fraudulent a$$ holes.
Hey, I too have had problems with this company. I ordered a pair of Tecumseh Mukluks from Canadian Oufooters. They claimed to ship within 5-7 buiness days. After waiting a month and hearing nothing I began to try to contact this company. I was startled when their phone number on their website didn't even work. Upon doing a bit of reserch I stubled upon Sheepskin and Things, and realised they had the same adress as Canadian Outfooters. I thought this was strange. Researching more I also noted that The Tecumseh Canada website also had the same contact adress. "[protected] Crowfoot Crescent, NW Calgary, AB Canada T3G-3T2"

They also had about 10 different phone number to reach these companies all except for one lead to nothing or where disconnected. The one that did work for Sheepskins and Things the voicemail has been full everytime Iv tired to call for the last two weeks.
I had been waiting so long that I actually had the oppertunity to drive through Calgary, I was headed on a ski trip. I decided to try to go this address and it turned out it didnt even exist...
After discovering all this I got afraid and canceled my credit card so no charges will hopfully go through.
I personally found it hard to have any confidence in this buisness.
The funny thing I actually own a pair of these mulkuks so I know they exists. I purchased them in person at a small store in Nelson BC. Serveral years ago. They are amazing, however I DO NOT recommend ordering them from these companies.

I ordered a pair of exclusive mukluks with linen and insole made of sheepskin. Instead I received (finally after many weeks) a discount pair with linen and insole made of fleece, which were 100 dollars cheeper than those I'd paid full price for. When I complained by email, I got a short and quick response, and I qoute "Those are the boots you ordered we do not carry any fleece lined boots by TEcumseh..."
I feel very bad treated by a company that prides itself of being very wellestablished! I've paid in total 384 Cdollars for a pair of poorly made mukluks which price is listen on their website as 199 dollars
We were hired by the company in question to provide business services. We were never apprised of any issues with the services we were providing however the company simply stopped corresponding with us after receiving several invoices. We attempted to contact them via phone many times - their voice mailbox was consistently full for several weeks. We also attempted to contact them via email multiple times with no response. Finally we indicated we would begin to post about this issue publicly still with no response. We consider this to be rude and unprofessional and seeing the many complaints filed on them via the BBB, here, and elsewhere it would appear this is their general approach to business.
