As a professional photographer, I have pretty high standards when it comes to my work being displayed anywhere! I ordered a very nice sized 18 x 24 thick canvas for one of my favorite customers and let me just say that Canvas People did NOT disappoint! The shipping was fast and accurate even though it was in December! The colors were brilliant and the quality of the canvas itself was all around beautiful! I did pay a little extra to get the thick canvas and it was worth it! It wasn't very much either. I will definitely be ordering more of my work through Canvas People to display at trade shows! Thank you, Canvas People! YOU ROCK!

Great product. Package got stuck after initial shipped notification. Customer service was frustrating. Gave a canned answer that didn't demonstrate they looked into the concern. However the next day, the package did move and get delivered. Showed in the pending stage for over a week before actually moving. As someone who has worked customer support, don't assume the customer is stupid.

Have a canned answer first that didn?t demonstrate that they actually looked into the issue. After I called them out, a much better and informed response was sent. Don?t assume the customer is stupid. I worked in technical support and this is one of the biggest turn offs for people. Most of the time they have done several steps before contacting so canned answers waste time and are frustrating.

Absolutely love the three canvases I have gotten from this company! I am showing what I have and spreading the word, this company employees so many US citizens it’s awesome and they do fantastic work, definitely will promote and support them.

All the canvas pictures I’ve order from them have been awesome! My daughter is autistic and sometimes throws things, and they’re tough enough to survive without the typical breaking glass. Now I can still have pictures of my family without the mess.

I've ordered many sizes of canvases and I couldn't be more happy with how they turn out. I've also ordered a pillow of a print for a gift and it was awesome! I will continue to order from Canvas People- they provide quality work with a quick delivery!

They always do a great job on my canvases! The one I received from [protected] is a different story and I have to say it was because I didn't take their advice of choosing a better picture.Believe me I will listen the next time I order a canvas.It turned out blurry because of it.

Picture came out great. One thing people should keep in mind regarding blurriness and resolution is the quality of the source photo. More pixels = better quality. With that said, it does seem like CP should alert or warn people if their file won’t produce a clear printed picture at x size(s).

I purchased a canvas as a present for my wife, and she really liked it. It was a promotional offer where I only had to pay for shipping. The overall cost was reasonable. I love canvaspeople.com! I have gotten sooo many canvases made by them and everyone I’ve given canvases as gifts to has loved them too! I just had my first mug made there for Father’s Day, for my son-in-law, and it turned out great too! There’s no where else I would go! I’d give them more than 5 ? if I could!

I gotta say, I'm real happy with the work that CanvasPeople does. My oldest daughter got us started on this whole thing by gifting us a canvas picture of our wedding day. And let me tell ya, it was a real beaut. Since then, I've been ordering canvas pictures of all our kids. I ordered a 16x20 size canvas for my daughter's birthday & I was very disappointed to see, when I received it, that part of her face was missing in the photo! Canvas People had enlarged the photo too much & not only did it no longer fit properly in the space allowed,but I could barely see the beautiful ocean & sky background behind the people, because the people in the photo had become so big. When I contacted Canvas People customer service about the issue, they blamed me for not cropping it properly! They are supposed to be the professionals,so shouldn't they preview the photo & fix such an issue BEFORE they make the canvas? Well, they would not admit to any wrong doing on their part, so they will never get anymore business from me. There are many canvas companies to choose from & I will choose one that cares about satisfying their customers in the future. Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! :(

I placed an order with this company for a picture as part of a promotional package deal that I received. After placing the order, I realized that the price and shipping address were incorrect just a few minutes later. I called the company to correct the shipping address, as that was the first mistake I noticed. They told me that they needed to submit a ticket to their shipping team to make the correction. They assured me that they would call me if there were any issues. Two days later, I noticed a charge of $44 on my account, which was double the cost of the order for shipping only. I called to inquire about the charge and they told me that it was an error since it was a promotional order. They said they would refund me.

Later, I received an email from the company with a shipping address listed as "San Diego," but it didn't include a specific address. So, I called again to make sure that the package was going to the correct address. They informed me that it was not and said they would update it. They promised to call me back on Monday to confirm the changes via email. However, I didn't receive any call on Monday. Frustrated, I called them back on Thursday because the gift I ordered was needed by a specific date. They informed me that the package had already been shipped to the incorrect address. When I explained that this was my fourth or fifth call regarding this issue, they told me that they would not provide any refunds and would ship it to the correct address instead. I told them that I no longer needed the gift due to their incompetence, but they insisted that it was their policy.

Currently, I am disputing the overcharge with my company and seeking a refund for the entire amount. I paid more than necessary for a product that I will not receive. Dealing with this company has been a complete hassle from the moment I placed the order. I made multiple calls, but they were unable to resolve anything, even though the issues were very clear.

I received a promotional email offering a 75% discount, but when I went to the order form, the discount was only 65%. I sent an email to inquire about this and received the following response from CanvasPeople on August 25, 2022, at 5:13 PM (5 days ago):

"Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any confusion caused by the discrepancy in the discount. Our promotional email stated a 75% discount, but the order form only reflected a 65% discount. We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. We will make sure to address this issue and ensure that our future promotions are accurately represented. Thank you for bringing this to our attention."

I appreciate their response and their acknowledgment of the mistake. However, I still feel disappointed that I couldn't place my order at the advertised promotional price. It seems like they completely missed the point. Trying to place an order at the promotional price, only to have the system not accept the discount, is unethical and potentially illegal. It's false advertising, and I hope they take steps to rectify this issue.

Got my canvas from CanvasPeople and it came on time, which was good. But when I saw the print and the way it was built, I was disappointed. I usually use other services for my canvas prints, but I got a coupon for a big discount at CanvasPeople and I thought I'd give it a try. I wanted to decorate my studio with a canvas print of my own work, since I'm a professional photographer and I know how to prepare a file and make a canvas look great. When I uploaded my own photos for a mask on CanvasPeople, I found that there weren't enough editing options available. It would have been nice to have more control over the placement and size of the image. Additionally, I wish there was a way to preview what the finished product would look like before making a payment.

One thing that was disappointing was that there were no pictures of the inside of the mask or any close-ups of the adjustable string. It would have been helpful to see these details before purchasing.

I gotta say, I had some trouble with CanvasPeople. I wanted to zoom in just a little bit and center my photo, but every time I tried to zoom, it cut off the arms of the people in the picture. And when I wanted to see what my photo would look like in sepia or black and white, I had to place my order first - not cool. Plus, they don't have any other features like color accent, which is a super easy thing to add with software.

And let me tell you, it's way too easy to accidentally add a pillow to your order. I was just trying to scroll up to find the regular "place order" button, but I ended up adding a pillow I didn't even want. And then I had to tell them "no thanks" to something I never even put in my cart in the first place.

I recently ordered a canvas print from CanvasPeople and unfortunately, my experience has not been great. Firstly, my order #[protected] is missing and according to FEDEX, they left it at my door. However, I have checked with my neighbors and no one has seen it. I have contacted CanvasPeople and they have not responded to my email. I am currently having FEDEX investigate the matter.

In addition to this, I also had an issue with the cropping of one of my pictures. The picture was terribly cropped and I had to add a border to see if it would help when placing it on the canvas. I was disappointed to find out that the canvas does not have to be the picture edge to edge, and that the picture can be placed in the center with a border around it. I have also contacted CanvasPeople about this issue and have not received a response.

Overall, my experience with CanvasPeople has been disappointing. I expected better customer service and attention to detail when it comes to the quality of their products. I hope that they can improve their services in the future.
