After 5 years, flooring is bubbling around edges in many spots around entire area that was covered. After Shaw sent their inspector over..it was "determined" moisture was the problem. They have declined any responsibility. It seems this is their standard response to any problems with their floors.

They have declined any responsibility. It seems this is their standard response to any problems with their floors. Called customer service this morning, and was told " topical moisture " was the problem. Declined to discuss further.
