SharkNinja – Terrible machine

I've been cleaning my carpets for decades.
This is the worst carpet cleaner I've ever used. (Shark Carpet Expert)
I paid for this cleaner in full and Shark keeps sending me emails to pay again.
I did not receive the coupons I was promised. I used the machine after the warranty was over and I was not impressed. A lot of water comes out.
I now have very soaked carpets because the quick dry mode did not work.
I had the machine at the upright position working on getting quick dry to work.
After reading the manual I did not realize that the machine stills shoots out water so much and now I have a big puddle in my living room carpet and I can't suction it up. I should have alot more control with dispensing the solution water and suction. I like my old cheap off brand carpet cleaner better than Shark. I don't know anyone that can use this cleaner. I know I have to get a new one and it won't be a Shark. Does not work well on light area rugs
