Shamrock Roofing and Construction review: Unbelievable

This is a horrible company and a nightmare experience. To begin with, the project manager Billy Piovesan scammed me out of the deductible and I never saw him again. He was arrested in Sebastian County on unrelated charges and had a prior conviction history - all discovered after the fact. The crew did extensive damage to my gutters and one of my windows - they left my property a mess when I got home. When I emailed them about this complaint, they did not answer - when I spoke to customer service rep Reese, who assured me that Shamrock would make things right, no one has called me or cared one bit other than sending me a bill. Their work was terrible, their conduct and lack of professional courteousness was unbelievable. Their unwillingness to finish the job they started and lack of humanity in the way I was treated us rather stunning.

The assistant project manager Matthew showed up the following day and I expressed my disappointment with the work - I showed Matthew the work that was not finished and the contract that was not honored by the company. Again, Matthew assured me that he would fix the problem and like Billy and Shamrock as a company - I never heard from them again. Doing the right thing is not that complicated.

Explore as many options as you can. Look over the other negative experiences posted and asked yourself the questions I didn't.
