This company is the best! They gave us great advice on what products and colors to choose for our roof. Once we agreed on the quote, they got to work quickly. The crew worked hard and kept everything clean. We didn't have to worry about our gardens getting damaged. The supervisor and crew leaders kept us updated on the progress. They finished the job on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. We are so happy with the work they did! These guys are amazing! We highly recommend them!

This company is doing our roof and I gotta say, I'm impressed. The crew is super friendly, fast, and cleans up real good. My mom's got a pretty garden in the back and after day 1, there ain't no scraps or nails to be found. I used to work construction, so I seen some messed up yards after roofing jobs. But not this crew, they're real respectful of our stuff. I don't usually write reviews till a job's done, but I'm pretty sure these guys are gonna do a great job. The quote they gave us was fair, and they even gave us a discount for being seniors. I'd definitely recommend Best on Top roofing if you want a good, honest, professional job done on your roof.

I hired Best on Top Roofing on May 18, 2022. They gave me an estimate on June 10, 2022, and my insurance approved it on July 15, 2022. They said they would do the work in October, but they kept missing the dates and making excuses. I paid $*** on December 17, and they said it was for materials, but then they asked me to send some of the money to the workers. It's been 108 days without rain since I contacted them, and they haven't done anything. Every time I call, Dan says it will be done in a few days, but it never is. I filed a court case against them. Don't trust this company. They are dishonest and unreliable.

So, me and my peeps hired Best On Top Roofing to fix our roof on March 24, 2022. They asked for a deposit of $6,900.00 and said they'd get the job done by late June 2022. But guess what? They didn't do it until October 20, 2022! And now, they won't give us our deposit back even though we asked for it. We've been waiting since November 30, 2022 and they still haven't done anything about it. Don't waste your money on these guys!

Last May (2022), this company put up our new roof. It wasn't put up good, and the drip edge was only half put up. We called to complain and the boss man came to check it out and saw the messed up installation. We were told by the owner that they would reinstall it in December but nothing happened. Now, the roof in the car port is leaking, the drip edge still isn't put up, and nobody is answering our emails. We're really bummed out about the work and service. We're thinking about going to small claims court to fix the problem since we paid $*** for nothing. Best on Top Roofing is not the best. We want our money back or for them to finish the job.

We made a deal with Best on Top Roofing in early 2022 to replace our roof (with sheeting and shingles). They finished the job in August 2022, but there were some problems: a hammer fell through the ceiling of our master bedroom, the gutters weren't cleaned out, the downspouts on the second story weren't extended as they should have been, some gutters on the main level were damaged, the gutter guard wasn't replaced, and we haven't received our warranty paperwork yet. We've been trying to fix these issues with Best on Top since August, but progress has been slow. They delivered some new downspouts in October/November, but we haven't heard from them since. The downspouts on the second story are draining onto the shingles, which is bad for the roof. Best on Top did some drywall repair and painting, but the paint doesn't match, so we need to repaint the entire ceiling. We got a quote from another contractor for *** to do the painting, but we're waiting for Best on Top to approve it. We want this work to be finished so our roof isn't damaged. We told Best on Top we'd file a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint by December 31, but we waited two more weeks before actually doing it, hoping they'd respond.

Best on Top Roofing did a job for us in 2021 and we liked their work, so we asked them to give us a quote for replacing another roof in 2022. They were one of two vendors we asked, and we chose them again. We also asked them to do some roof drain repairs in early 2022. But then they started making excuses about why they couldn't do the work. They said they had labor issues and that their truckload of materials was stolen. We don't believe them anymore and we want our deposit back. It's been 8 months and they still haven't done anything. We doubt they'll show up in the spring like they said they would.

I hired Best on Top Roofing to put a new roof on my house. They charged me $11,800 in cash and replaced the old shingles with new ones. However, they put the new shingles over rotten plywood with big holes, which is against the contract. When I asked them to fix it, they refused and stalled. I had to hire a Home Inspector who produced a report showing the poor job done by Best on Top Roofing. Eventually, they agreed to replace one piece of rotten plywood, but I found many more areas with rotten plywood and asked them to replace it. They refused and stalled again. When it rained, the new plywood got soaked and water gushed down my front porch ceiling, gutter, and garage wall. The gutter and pipe got clogged up and overflowed with water, causing property damage estimated at $2000 or more. Workers exposed my roof on Oct. 24/22 and found that the garage wall was full of water and the crawl space was wet. They put new shingles on over the soaked plywood, which voids the warranty. Another roofing company said that the whole roof needs to be replaced again because it's not safe. I need to put a tarp over my whole roof to protect my house from water damage. I want my money back so I can hire another roofing company to replace my roof.
