Met James B and he showed us the condition of our roof, with his drone and convinced us easy that our roof needs some help. The whole process went so smoothly and now we have a beautiful roof. I would like to say that the workers really know what they're doing and I can recommend their service to anyone!

Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement is amazing! I was so happy with them. They always answered their phone and were very prompt when they came by! I would recommend them to anyone and I already have. I always felt comfortable talking with them. The service is wonderful just like I imagined it would be. Zac is the best! He helped me through the process and made it so easy. Kudos to Zac!

This company don't care about no soliciting signs and bother homeowners. They ring the doorbell even though many people work from home. I got 2 signs and my area has signs too. Soliciting for roofing is not allowed in my place. But they still do it. It's crazy. How can you trust them to do a good job if they can't even read?

This company is not good and they don't do what they say they will do. I hired them to fix a leak by the fireplace. They said they needed two bundles of shingles but only used a few. I gave them some money upfront and when they finished, I checked during a hard rain and there were three leaks by the fireplace. When they called for the rest of the money, I told them they didn't do what they promised and I wouldn't pay them anymore. I should have looked here before hiring them. They said they would put a lien on my house for the $361 I still owed them and make me sell it. That's not right and they shouldn't be hired! I'm getting a lawyer to help me.

This company is not good. They messed up my property. I just got my driveway and sidewalk stained and they said they would cover it with tarps. But they didn't. They scratched, stained and messed up my walkways and driveways. They also ruined my plants and left nails everywhere. They left their lunch trash all over my yard. They drove their trucks on my new grass and made big holes. When I said I wouldn't pay them until they fixed everything, they sent me to a collection agency. Don't use this company. They don't care about your stuff and just want your money.

Best Choice came to my house and I signed a contract on the spot. It was made very clear that I would use their services if they could get our claim approved, but also they would accept the adjuster's offer even if it was less than their estimate. We filed a SEPARATE claim for water damages to a bedroom. Federated National cut all the checks directly to Best Choice resulting in an overpayment of $689.14 which was supposed to be returned to us. Not only have we still not received the money, during the last of 6 phone calls I've made regarding the matter, I was informed that the check would only be for $467 since the insurance company paid slightly less than Best Choice's estimate in violation of the contract I signed. Still no check after two weeks since last contact and stole a few hundred if I ever receive. Pretty sure a couple hundred dollars was not worth the bad review, but I've been more than patient.

This company is a total sham! They are so bad at communicating and kept calling us saying we owed money without even sending an invoice to prove it. It took them 5 months to finally send it and then they demanded we pay within one day or they would send us to collections. Can you believe it? During the installation, our attics flooded and we lost personal items that can never be replaced. We were forgiving and even recommended them to others, but then they sent us an email saying we owed them even more money and had only one day to pay before they reported us to collections. We are done with them! We have issues that need fixing, but they won't even respond to us. They said they would fix it once we paid in full, which we did, but still nothing. Don't fall for their tricks! I will never, ever, ever work with this company or recommend them to anyone!

This company is not good to work with. I wouldn't use them again or tell anyone to use them. Their communication is bad. It's hard to get a hold of them. They did a re-roof and messed up the flashing around my rock chimney, which caused a big leak. They asked me to sign off on the completion of the roof, but I didn't. I still had the leak issue. They said it was my fault and bad concrete on the chimney. I didn't have the problem before they did the re-roof. It was hard to get them to fix the leak. I asked to see the signed permit from the county office, but they never pulled a permit to do the job. When the permit was finally pulled and inspected, they failed the inspection. It was hard to get them to fix the interior from the leak. The re-roof was done in December and I'm still dealing with them. I had to pay another contractor to redo my chimney. I asked the company to waive my deductible to help offset what I had to pay the other contractor. They are still thinking about it. I talked to everyone in the company and had to tell the whole story over and over and still can't get a good answer. Nobody in the company knows what the other is doing. Don't hire this company!

Austin M came out and checked my roof after some windy storms. Austin made the claim filing process easy. He called my HOI company with me to file the claim. He was clear about all the costs involved and explained the HOI company estimate to me along with the before, during and after process for the replacement of my roof. The roofing crew were great. They finished my roofing job in one day. Then the nightmare that I am currently dealing with occurs after the job is complete. I was told that after the job the only out of pocket expenses would be my deductible and the cost for any plywood decking. However, Best Choice Roofing is now trying to charge me just over $4,000 for the solar pool heating system removal and install work that they did not do and did not hire a subcontractor for either. I was told by the BCR sales rep, Austin M to withhold the portion of the actual cash value allocated to the removal and reinstall of my solar pool heating system and to hire a solar contractor myself to do all that. Best Choice Roofing is claiming that I owe them the portion of the actual cash value paid by my insurance carrier that was allocated for the removal and reinstall of my solar pool heating system. Which makes no sense since this is work they did not perform nor did they hire a subcontractor to do. I won't be doing business with this company in the future and will not recommend this company to any of my friends or family because of the ongoing nightmare situation that is ongoing after the job was completed. Make sure you get every little detail in writing from this company to include cost breakdowns so you do not end up being charged additional money at the end of the job that BCR is not entitled to.

The associates who work for this company are very reliable and professional. I have just had a new roof replacement and am very satisfied with the product. They went over everything from beginning to end to insure I completely understood all aspects of the job. My new roof turned out great, I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I would recommend this roofing company. Schuyler pretty much did everything and I had no worries. All I had to pay was my insurance deductible. The workers were done in one day with no mess left. My friend mentioned that their roof was damaged due to a storm and the insurance company would not pay. I referred BCR to her and said that they would take care of her. They were out there the next day and took care of everything and got the insurance company to pay. (5 stars) They are fantastic and professional. I could go on and on.

I got my roof done by Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement and they did a good job. But, they didn't finish the permit paperwork after the installation. I called them and they said they would do it, but they didn't. I even wrote a review and the owner said they would fix it, but they didn't. Now I have an open permit in Flagler County and Palm Coast Florida and I don't know what to do. Can someone help me fix this?
