I am very pleased with the roof. I would also like to thank the sales team, customer service representatives, and everyone else I spoke with, whose names I don't know. Surf and Turf is a great company and can be very proud of all their employees. You definitely feel good dealing with them. All that is left is THANK YOU! Surf and Turf Roofing was terrific! Great communication from the start. Contacted them in the morning and their team arrived the same evening to assess our old, leaky skylights. After a thorough inspection, he provided us with a reasonable quote. Skylights were ordered and two weeks later installed. The team at Surf and Turf Roofing kept us informed every step of the way. The installation was done professionally and neatly. The crew left the worksite spotless! We highly recommend this company and their amazing staff.

Give roofers a bad name . Showed up in a beat up trucks with no signs . No one spoke english except one guy who wasnt even on sight, pretty sure they were illegal immigrants. No experience left broken shingles and other debri killing environment around it . Did not install roof vents correctly, were not connected to roof and thats fraud. They Broke a roof beam and stated not responsible and refuse to fix it even though , roof is leaking. Also they lie and try to take advantage of you thinking , say you no nothing about construction or roofs. Been in construction business for 40 years plus, dont play stupid. You know surf and turf is a disgrace when your old roof was better than new .

Presentation was done by John and Sarah. We were sold on a great product and workmanship. We explained that fascia boards were bad and we had soft spots at the end of our roof per the gutter company that was out days before. John assured us that all of that would be fixed. As far as we know it wasn't even touched. We explained that permits would be required per our Township. Sarah and John both said if they are needed they would handle them. I received a violation notice from the township due to no permits. I've had to call several times and email the township to check the status of the permit. Permits were filed after the job was done, after I complained. As of today, still not satisfied by the township. We were told that all crew members go to classes and practice on empty homes on their lot. We have pictures of poorly cut wood and gaps and holes in our roof that wasn't there prior. I would not refer them to anyone.

I highly recommend Surf & Turf Roofing for your new roof. From their sales reps, to their finance department to their installation crew, they are very helpful and professional. We are particularly grateful to John, Sarah, and Mike for their guidance and support and for helping us deal with our solar company. The poor installation of our previous roof, plus the constant moisture under the solar panels caused the roof to deteriorate much quicker than normal. With John and Sarah's help, we were able to have the solar panels removed and replaced for no cost. Mike worked with us and with reps from the solar company. He met with them at our home and supported us and our needs. We now have a beautiful new roof, with a lifetime guarantee (through the manufacturer, XYZ Roofing), even with the solar panels installed. I just really want to thank Surf & Turf Roofing, John, Sarah, Mike, and everyone at the company for their work and their support.

This was a nightmare from day one! will IT NEVER END?Professional I don't think so. I picked up two handfuls of nails and cigarette butts left behind by the highly trained crew There are still foot prints on my front porch that I tried everything to remove them from inspecting my roof with boots and some type of tar. Was told by [Sales Rep Name] that they would be removed. Stop by I will show you how terrible my porch looks The check I gave the Sales rep for $5000 [Check Number] was told not to deposit it by [Secretary Name] the secretary at Surf and Turf because I added another [Amount]. She said she would do it by e-check. [Sales Rep Name] forgot he was told not to deposit the check but carried it around for two weeks and then made the deposit. It caused considerable stress since it affected my account. That is just the beginning. It was finally deposited back into my account but not without several phone calls to correct. The final step is the financing company. The roof was a total of [Total Cost]. I put $6000 down in my math that leaves [Remaining Amount] to finance. They are financing $6000 which I did not agree to or sign for. Please think twice before employing this company. Spare yourself the grief. My lawyer is now involved. So sorry I trusted them.

I hired them Thru HomeAdvisor. Never Received Copy Of Contract Until 9 months Later. Brad Was Salesman, said His Printer was Broke!. All He Told Me Would Happen Didn't! Suddenly In One Day Done! No First Day Prep, let Dry Apply Finish ... Globs Of Material are Still Haphazardly Strewn Across My Roof ... not the Perfect Pictures & Finish Of Sample Brad Gave Me. My 5 & 8 year old Grandsons Could Do Better. Complained: Kyle Responded with A Foreman To Address Issues. Foreman Came Back For About 30 Minutes. Still Globs Of Material Spilled All Over My Roof. Kyle Stated He “can Alter the Manufacturing Guidelines“, yet doesn't Have Paper To Prove This. Contacted Colleen @ Surf & Turf, she Reviewed Pictures & Stated “Kyle Will Fix That“. Made A Facility Engineer Friend Drive From Virginia to Florida To Meet With Kyle To “Fix My Roof“. Kyle Met With Him, Only Then, Thousand Miles Later, To Tell Him “I am Not Going To Fix It“. Kyle Knows His Group Of Non English Speaking Workers Had A Bad Day And Allowed This Expensive Solution To Dry In Globs On What Should Be A Smooth, new Looking Roof.. Only Way To Repair Is A Tear Off! Which He Will Not Do. He Hasn't Given Me A Dime Back Or Apology. This Company Perhaps Has Many Good People Working For It & Many Happy Customers, I Am Not One, I am A Senior Citizen Who Feels Duped By Brad & Kyle... If You Want To See Pictures Go On Google Maps... only Place I Can Show Pictures Of Surf & Turf Roofing At One Of Their Worst Moments. Please Proceed With Caution...Get Several Quotes... We hired this company to fix a leak between our park model and the addition. They told us in order to fix our problem they would need to replace the shingles on one side of the park model. Note that the park model was not even a year old. After the supposed completion of the job, we found that what they were hired for was not corrected. They have returned 4 times and yet we still leak. On their last visit they offered to give us a new estimate to do what they were supposed to do in the first place. We contacted the company requesting our money back and the woman I spoke with who was supposed to be a supervisor, got very nasty and said there's no way we were going to get a refund. Now our hands are tired. We spent $2500 and can't afford to have additional work done by a company who will stand behind their work. My wife is unemployed as she works for a school district. I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran on a fixed income.

I entered into a contract with Surf & Turf Roofing to have the entirety of the roofing on my house replaced. I was told by the estimator that the awning did not need to be removed in order for the entire roof to be replaced. The work was done quickly. Soon after (March 24), during the first rain storm, I noticed new leaking over the sliding glass door. Tim came out and looked at the issue, and told my wife that he did not know that there was roof under the awning so it had not been replaced, and that someone from Surf & Turf Roofing would contact me to work out the issue. The receptionist spoke with me just after and told me that the work would be an additional cost, even though I was told by the estimator that the full roof would be replaced. After that I was never contacted, so I have made numerous calls, all of which were ignored. My roof is still leaking under the place where the roof was not repaired. There is a huge crack in the ceiling, and the water that pours in during every storm has destroyed my ceiling and carpet, insomuch that I now have made an insurance claim. I have continued to contact the office and my calls are either not answered, or I am told someone will call me back, and they still have not. Most services have been fully paid for. The remainder of the balance is being financed and is current. The warranty by Surf & Turf Roofing is on any work and materials for the lifetime of the roof. I do have video evidence of the issue uploaded to *** if needed for review.
