So, I bought a watch from Shade Station UK and they said they'd do a price match. We ordered from them because we wanted it next day instead of waiting a few days from another company. When I got the watch, it didn't seem genuine and I wanted to return it in the same condition I received it. But Shade Station UK is giving me a million reasons not to take it back. I even had to open a PayPal case. It's really frustrating.

I did some research and found out that they might be in administration. I wish I had checked here first before making my purchase. It looks like they only have an average of two stars. I would recommend staying away from Shade Station UK.

This company is just terrible. I ordered some glasses way back on November 30th, 2022 and I still haven't gotten them. I just found out that the company went bankrupt on the same day I placed my order! I can't even return the glasses for a refund and I have no idea if they'll ever show up. It's such a waste of money. Shade Station UK ain't worth your money, mate. They might be a bit cheaper than other blokes, but they'll send you a used product. And when you try to return it, they'll make you pay for the postage. Their customer service is rubbish, too. They don't keep their promises, and they don't care about their customers.

! Bought a D&G sunglass from Shade Station UK and it was such a bummer. Not sure if it was just a bad batch or what, but it was definitely a fake. I mean I had gotten a Gucci from them last year and that was spot-on original, but this was a complete let-down.

First off, lifting it up was like holding a feather! There was no weight to it at all and it just screamed cheap. Then, the cleaning cloth - which is something that should always be there, was missing. I had to go and look for another one in the house.

And then the brand name printed on the carry case and the sunglass cover was not good quality at all. It just got rubbed off so easily, almost as if it was just paper stuck on there! Like come on, it's supposed to be a D&G! You can't have the branding falling off so easily.

To top it off, the carry case was completely different from the one in the photos. I was under the impression that I would be getting a certain look and quality (as shown in the photos), but what I received was totally different and below average.

It's a total cheat, in my opinion. And a pretty expensive one at that. I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend Shade Station UK for buying designer sunglasses.

Apparently it all depends on Natalia, who answers the phone and is also the boss lady who decides if your item can be returned. I mean, what kind of nonsense is that?
