What a surprise! I have so much admiration for Darius Cordell! They really stand out for their stunning designs and superb craftsmanship. It was much above my expectations when I just bought a gown for a big occasion. The experience was flawless from the first time I spoke with their customer support representatives to the last fitting. I felt like a VIP because of the customary care and attention to detail. My wardrobe from their invention earned several compliments. Memories are crafted by Darius Cordell, not just clothing. For everyone seeking clothing of the highest caliber and style, I heartily suggest them!

I got my weddin dress from Darius Cordell Designs and lemme tell ya, it was a lot of money - almost 2.5k! I sent pics and everything for them to make me a custom wedding gown, but when it finally came like 10 months later, there were a bunch of things wrong with it. I used Zelle and my MasterCard to pay for it.

I got my wedding dress from Darius Cordell Designs last year in July. They promised it would only be 1500 and it would take 9 months but they ended up charging me 1600 more when my dress was ready in February. I paid it because I really wanted my dress. However, I have been trying to get in touch with them for months now about the delivery but I have not heard anything back from them. My wedding is in August and I still don't have my dress. I have been emailing them but no response! This is just bad business. All I am asking for is an update and my dress on time for my wedding. I can't afford to buy another dress right now.

Got a wedding dress from Darius Cordell Designs on March 30th and paid $750, half of the cost with a debit card. The dress had to be delivered on May 15th, which was a rush order because I got married on 5/31/22. While waiting for my dress, I tried to get in touch with the company by phone, but they never answered. I had to send them emails to ask questions, but, unbeknownst to me, for every email response they charged my card $250. In the end, their "administrative" fees added up to $750. They stopped responding to me eventually. Frustrated, I contacted my bank and told them not to allow further charges by this vendor and also disputed all the charges. I didn't get my dress from them, and I never heard back from them again. I had to find another dress and have it altered two weeks before my wedding day. This experience was terrible and cost me $1500.

I found Darius Cordell Designs online when I was searching for a replica of a bridal dress for my upcoming wedding in October . I reached out for a quote at the start of the year and was told that the timeline would work for them. I went ahead and submitted my order form along with the deposit in February . In April, I inquired about the status of my dress only to be referred to the website FAQs by Ashley.

Fast forward to October 1st and I was still in the dark about when my dress would be ready or if they had any questions. I decided to send an email for an update on 10/4. Someone named William got back to me on 10/5 saying that they had sent an update back in April and that the normal processing time is "approximately 6-9 months." I was frustrated because I needed an update on the status of my dress.

Overall, I think Darius Cordell Designs has a good reputation for creating beautiful dresses, but their communication could have been better in my experience. I hope they can improve in this area for future customers.

I bought a dress from Darius Cordell Collection on June 7 for my daughter's wedding. The dress was said to be in stock, but 'cause of my petite size and larger bust and waist, I ordered it in a custom size 'cuz I wanted it to fit snugly. I filled the Measurement Form and sent it in with my first payment. On September 13, I got an email that the dress was almost done, and I had to pay the rest. I ended up paying $1200 instead of $880, the standard size dress cost. After waiting for so long, finally, I got the dress. But it didn't fit me well at all. The bust and waist were too tight, and the dress was 10 inches too long. I measured it, and it seemed to be a standard size 10 off-the-rack dress, not the exact size I ordered. The bust measurement was a little smaller than what I ordered, and the waist was even smaller. I couldn't even zip the dress. I'm asking for a complete refund 'cuz I didn't get the custom size dress I paid for.

I bought a dress from Darius Cordell Designs for my daughter's quinceañera. Ordering was OK, but then things got bad. Got an email asking for payment of balance to finalize and ship the dress. I emailed company because I had invoice questions and David responded in a nasty way. I paid invoice on 8/6 and David was cranky. After a month, I still did not have the dress or shipping info, so I called several times before David responded that the dress will ship after balance is paid. I called again and told them to give me a status update because it was already past a month. Physical address is off, phone is blocked, and event is 10/9.
