I took my ride to Serpentini Chevrolet Tallmadge for some fixin' up after a little fender bender. When I dropped it off, the radio was workin' just fine. But when I went to pick it up, the darn thing wasn't workin' at all! They told me I'd have to pay for a diagnostic test and repairs to get it fixed. They weren't very helpful or willin' to make things right. And to top it off, they didn't even bother to check my car for any other damages related to the rear-end collision. All they did was give the bumper a quick once-over. Just so ya know, the radio was workin' before they started workin' on my car.

Serpentini Chevrolet Tallmadge is a bad place to go! They got a bunch of liars and crooks working there. These people are very dishonest and will try to take advantage of you. I went in and test drove a car, was gonna buy it until we got to deal with the very unprofessional finance team. They try to add in extra costs, not show you what you're signing, and don't show you all the price hikes they do in the fine print. Don't trust these people unless you wanna get ripped off or a crappy car that was in a flood or came from an auction and was likely totaled.

I got a call from a sales guy who asked me to fill out a credit app. I did it and sent all the docs they asked for. They said I was pre-approved. Two days later, someone called me to set up a meeting. I drove over an hour to get there. The sales guy told me the engine was busted on the trade-in (the same car I just drove at 70 mph with no problems). He said I needed a co-signer to qualify. I asked about the pre-approval and the hard inquiry on my credit app. He just shrugged. I found them on social media, where they said they guarantee 100% approval. I think they're lying in their ad.

proof. They don't seem to care about fixing the problem, just taking my money. The customer service is terrible and they don't communicate well. I wouldn't recommend Serpentini Chevrolet Tallmadge to anyone.

I went to Serpentini Chevrolet Tallmadge because they said they approve everyone or pay 500 dollars. I applied for a new car and they said they would call me the next day with my offer. But they didn't call, so I called them and they hung up on me. I posted on their Facebook page, but they blocked me. I think I wasn't approved, so I want my 500 dollars.

I got a 2018 ram 1500 from Serpentini Chevrolet Tallmadge for what they said was under 23.000, but it wasn't. I got it on April 1st, and on the 3rd, the engine light came on. I had it checked out, and it was the cylinder head. I called Serpentine, and I spoke with a manager, and he said to take it to a ram service repair dealer. He told me that's all they would do anyway. I dropped it off on April 7th, and they still have it to this day (May 11). I understand the covid-19 does have a delay on getting parts. I spoke with two different managers on two different occasions, asking if there was something they could do as far as making me some kind of offer to make up for selling me a broken truck. They were very short and said there's nothing they could do. So I'm paying for a truck I'm not even driving with no ETA on when I'm getting it back. For someone who's "American and proud of it," they need to check their employees. I'm not asking for something for free, I just want what I'm paying for. I'm making payments on a truck I don't have.

I went to Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge with my friend on 5/2 to get a trade-in estimate on my car with maintenance issues they had sold me before. The salesman, ***, showed me a used 2016 Honda Civic with ~111,000 miles on their lot with an MSRP of ~$19,000 marketed as a good condition vehicle. *** refused to put the car up on a lift for us to properly inspect the vehicle's maintenance requirements and demanded that I put a down payment on the car before allowing me to take the car to my mechanic for a private inspection. He even offered to pay for my inspection if I placed a down payment right then and there. I initialed and signed the estimates that had the estimated monthly payments. I was told that the down payment was nonrefundable after agreeing to place the down payment of $500. The next morning, *** and I took the car to my mechanic and he pointed out many urgent maintenance issues including transmission leak, damaged tires leaking air, warped/pitted rear brake rotors, and worn struts, shocks, and stabilizer links among other issues. As *** paid for the service, he verbalized that the action he was committing was illegal for a purpose unknown to me. When we returned I pulled out of the deal and asked about refunding my deposit. He says that I can only transfer the $500 deposit to another vehicle in their lot. When analyzing the sales receipt, I do not see any indication that the $500 truly is non-refundable. I contacted the sales/finance manager, Jon Kostandaras, who was completely unhelpful when I reported Drew's deceptive behavior and he also refused to refund me the deposit. He did not offer to send me a copy of the documents I supposedly initialed and signed and he refused to send a copy of the document to the friend who accompanied me Monday night. It was a bad experience.
