Good Afternoon, Sentry:
We have a fairly new property manager for our community and she has been unresponsive and rude to myself and other residents and clearly doesn't understand she works for us. I have the email string where we were inquiring about whether the irrigation in our neighborhood had been turned on or not and she has lied to us, misrepresented information, and now (after sharing information) been extremely rude and unprofessional with me after a simple inquiry as to when the irrigation will be turned on. I would like someone from Sentry Corporate to either email me or call me back to further discuss and so that I can send you a copy of the email string from her. In closing, her rude and unprofessional behavior stands in contrast to Sentry's service standards of "kindness & professionalism."
Desired outcome: I and the other residents of Rancho's Santos expect a minimum of service and for the property manager to be helpful, courteous, and professional.
