We have had a lot of thorny “issues” in our hoa in kissimmee. The high proportion of foreclosed properties has played havoc on our operating budget and frayed the nerves of a lot of our neighbors. In spite of that, sentry management—and particularly our community manager jerry—have plugged along with the everyday business of operating our community. Without his effort and good judgment, this could have been a total disaster rather than a manageable crisis.

Eagle Creek Community Manager Maria Loffredo that work for Sentry Mgt in Orlando fl.is not a people person she is running Eagle Creek to the ground, good neighbors are moving out selling there homes. Her 14 years old son Tony Loffredo Jr. We caught him throwing eggs at resident homes, Neighbors chase the SUV and caught up with the SUV and they try to run the neighbors over and back up and crash into a tree on neighbors property. They was driving over 5o mph trying to get away with no head lights on.the police was called out, and she tell the police to let the kids go. The Community is mad about what she did, because her son was one of the kids.

All the members of our Board were about to quit because we were doing everything to keep things going and were getting no support from the community. We decided to hire Sentry management and we couldn't be happier. They do our collections, and inspections and take care of the books. All those things that we spent hours and hours doing. They even go out and find vendors and get bids for us. It is nice to be able to spend time with my family again because we let Sentry do all the running around for us. Now we just show up to the Board meetings and spend a couple hours every other month reviewing Association business and we let Sentry do the rest. We look forward to working with Sentry for a long time to come

Our Association has had problems with management companies in the past, but our Sentry Management manager, Sarah, has been very helpful. She actually returns calls and emails, and seems genuinely concerned about issues that we call her with. It is refreshing to finally deal with a company that knows what customer service is suppose to be. Keep up the good work Sarah and Sentry!
