The staff there, receptionist, admin dentists are super helpful and really nice - they contact you when needed, make you feel welcomed they are professional.
The treatment I had was supposed to last a year I have been wearing plastic retainers for 2 years... for the amount of money I payed it does not add up! I was charged £4, 000 for my teeth. Then recently asked to asked t pay £100 to replace my lost retainers then asked to pay £250 for surgery needed for my gap that they did not manage to close. I asked for a payment plan for the £250 A Dr aggressively responded with "we are not a charity". So disappointing and rude! Never again! I have all my emails as proof over the last 2-3 years.

Using Sensu Dentists has been pain from the very start i am from the USA but staying in the UK i visited Sensu London and was told to pay £50 to see someone, i was told i would get this back after i have had my appointment ( i never got that back).
After talking with Dr Vishal Shah who seemed drunk... (for some strange reason i still went and had the treatment done) i had my teeth whitened after the work i was in mass pain and to be honest my teeth were 2 shades darker if anything.
I brought this up with Sensu and they told me to "stop making a fuss" once i got my card statement i saw that i was overcharged a lot of money, so of course, i got on the phone.. Dr Vishal Shah and his team at sensu as good as called me a lier.
My advice avoid.
Dr's keep leaving with no propper handover of your case. Advise you to find another clinic with experienced Dr's.
