Sense for Decor review: Buyer Beware

The picture I ordered looked beautiful on the website and it looked 3D. In person, it is not 3D and the colors were off from the picture they have on their website. They offer a full refund but customer must pay return shipping. My picture was $199 and return shipping from USPS and FedEx would cost over $200 to return. I asked for help and they said there is nothing they can do, this is their policy. In addition they have the nerve to ask for a TIP on their website because they are a small business. I think they got my $199 and thats enough since I cant get a refund. What a shameful company.
