I being living many years in pad dock on park row, Arlington TX,many years with a good record as a tenant paying my rent on time ,no issues with no one ,I being paying many years with a Walmart voucher coupon ,and they already charged me to send to pad dock on park row my portion. Rent beacuse am in housing authority program and never the old manager charge me extra fee again and now I pay as always my rent on time June 1 2026 and I see a few again in my account loft app account ,that I don't have to pay Because I already pay a fee when I pay by Walmart coupon ,and I never received a letter saying that I have to pay a extra fee again from pad dock on park row and I have a good record as a tenant and now this issue of a balance due it's going to damage my record of good tenant ,the manager and assistant manager they don't want to remove this fee from my account by saying after I pay already my rent that they are going to start charge a few extra if I pay by Walmart coupon and I didn't know that's and no ones of the tenants was aware I talk to another's of my neighbors they are doing the same thing charging extra fee and balance due that my neighbors don't have to pay ,the assistant manager I email her with respectful way and the manager and they still don't want to fix this issue ,there's alots of my neighbors they are moving to another apartments because this situation it's not only me ,the assistant manager and the manager they are not helpful and approachable and they are kind of rude and not professional I feel intimidated going to the office the way they treat the tenants especially the assistant manager and I don't if because it's discrimination because am Spanish and this situation it's escalated that me are overwhelmed I suffer if health issue I tell the assistant manager she knows they don't grab the phone either and this it's not the first time last month another balance due unfair me having proof I don't have to pay that balance they keep this situation for one month with no help they are new manager and assistant manager they don't know how to treat the tenants I being here 6 years before they coming new I need help with this situation it's going to damage my record of tenants and I need please if the corporate could be better training to the assistance manager and manger how they treat the tenants or change of manager and assistant manager and employees too ,because the tenants are moving and the good ones and the majority it's Hispanic we need a assistant manager bilingual and a manager too and secretary too professional and to have a better communication with the tenants with respectful and kind and tact and helpful please help us and me I appreciate any help to this matter to go with a upper one from seldin have a beautiful day and take care
