We had a good experience with this company. The sales team was knowledgable and helpful, but not pushy (like some other companies that quoted us). They did not badmouth other companies or give us an exploding offer like others. The install was delayed a little due to staffing, but the overall install was uneventful and so far we are pleased with the quality of the product and work. Everyone we worked with was nice and helpful.

I really like my new shower and bathroom. The shower is fancy, easy to clean, and doesn't require much maintenance. See-Thru Windows has a really good product. The team (Steve and Chris) did a great job on the renovation and installation. They were professional, polite, tidy, quick, reliable, and cleaned up afterwards really well. They finished the job really fast. I want to give credit to the whole staff for their hard work and patience, especially during this tough time of the pandemic. I think they did a really good job!

I'm really happy with See-Thru's service. From the first day I picked my door to the day they installed it, they were great to work with. Their team is really patient, understanding, and fast! I definitely give them a 10/10. I didn't feel pressured by them at all and they worked with me throughout our business together. I made a bunch of payment mistakes and they were really nice and patient with me, which I really appreciate. They even sent me a jar of mini homemade chocolate chip cookies after they installed the door. How sweet and kind! I love them. 10/10

Me and my husband bought a $14k door with Side Lights in the fall of 2016. Let me tell you, this door is a nightmare. We've had nothing but problems. We asked for a replacement, but no luck. They've replaced parts in the door multiple times. In November , we made another complaint and scheduled an appointment. Finally, in early January, a tech came out and told us that the parts were on back order. I also called about the film on the door because you can see right through it. They said they would bring the film when they come out, along with the hinges. Then, in late April, someone came out again and said the parts were still on back order and they would get back to us. This has been going on since we bought the door. We have a lifetime warranty, but it's worthless. The door is poorly made. All this company does is make promises, promises, promises. At this point, I just want a new door. Our doors have faded, the bottom flap is falling apart, the door seals keep falling out, and we were promised new hinges that we still haven't received. Plus, the door is warped and doesn't close properly. We paid a lot of money for this door, so we shouldn't have to deal with so many problems. I demand a new door. I found out about See Thru Windows on the internet. I needed someone to replace my old bathtub from 1951. They got in touch with me and we set up a meeting. I met Crystal and she made me an offer that was too good to say no to. I thought it was too good to be true. In just a few days, I was ready to sign a contract. They said it would only take one day to finish the job. They came in and got to work. The new tub was beautiful, but it was bigger than I expected. As an older person, it was hard for me to get in and out safely. I contacted them and they came out right away to replace the tub at no cost to me. Since they were so quick to fix the tub issue, I decided to have them replace the old tile with a new surround. This made the project take longer, but they made up for the delay by giving me all the safety equipment I needed as a senior. They installed towel racks, a medicine cabinet, handrails, and a curtain rod. My bathroom looks amazing now, like it was made just for me! Everything is brand new, no cover-ups - new walls and fixtures. I would recommend See Thru Bath to anyone, no matter the size or type of their home. They really want to make their customers happy, and they definitely did that for me. I might have been their most indecisive customer, but they stuck with me until I was satisfied. Thank you See Thru. Your team of hardworking professionals made my dream come true. Every team member, every staff member, everyone worked hard and fast to make this project even better than I expected.

See Thru Window located in Waldorf MD. *** is not honoring their lifetime warranty by not responding to my requests to fix the threshold on my front door. The threshold is rusted and is letting cold air in through the bottom of my front door. I contacted ***, of See thru Windows, on November 9th, and sent her pictures. *** set an appointment to repair the threshold for November 24 and a technician came out and took pictures instead of repairing it. I did not hear back from them and had to contact them again on December 14. I spoke to *** who told me she would relay the message to *** and that she would let her know I called again with the complaint. I did not hear back from either *** or *** and I called them again today, December 22. I spoke with *** who again told me she would let *** know I called. In the interim, cold air is blowing under my door and the temperature is freezing.

On May 11, See Thru Windows/Bath planet came to install a shower for Katherine. After the install, our living room ceiling, walls, outlets, and basement were flooding with water. After a panicked night of not getting a hold of anyone but the salesperson, we had to wait until the next morning to never be reached out to, we had to call them. Along the process, there have been a few questions that are alarming having to do with the initial install. After 5 different people came to fix the house and faucet, it had leaked again this past week. They "fixed" the ceiling and paint and today July 2nd. We were billed before anything was fixed. June 29th, our faucet finally got fixed after several questionable things. They sent a $500 check without any explanation to my questions. We have revolved almost 2 months around this company attempting to fix their issue. Nobody ever had the respect to reach out any step of the way until we did first. Constantly. This was a horrible experience.

I bought windows from See Thru Windows in 2006. I got a lifetime warranty on parts and service from the President of See Thru Windows - Charlie B. The warranty says "there will be no cost to you for repair or replacement." In 2018, I had glass in a window replaced under the warranty at no cost. In July , I called See Thru Windows to come out and look at several other windows that had issues. I mentioned that I had a lifetime warranty and had service under it before. I asked if they needed the letter and they said no. On October 23, an employee came to my house to look at the windows and measure to order glass. In November , I was called to schedule a date for installation. They gave me December 30 between 8 and 2pm. No one showed up. When I called, I got a call back saying they had come and talked to my husband. I don't have a husband. I called again and was told the manager would call me. On December 31, Kacie N called me and said they need to give me a quote for the installation of the glass and parts. I explained again about my lifetime warranty and was told it was no longer valid. There was a reorganization and new management, and now they only have a 3-year warranty. I explained that I received a lifetime warranty and wanted it honored. Kacie again said I needed to pay for labor. She refused to accept my warranty. Can you help me get my warranty honored and my windows fixed at no cost to me, as the warranty states and as was done in 2018? Thank you.

After waiting for 10 weeks and paying $19,000, See Thru finally delivered the wrong doors on June 25th. We didn't even get a chance to see the doors until after they had already removed our old ones, so we had no choice but to let them install the new ones. Unfortunately, these doors are completely useless. The whole reason we decided to get new doors was to fix an HOA violation. Back in 2001, we had already replaced our other 5 doors with See Thru, but the HOA (***) insisted that we update the remaining doors to match. So, we contacted See Thru and asked for 3 more of the doors they had sold us in 2001. (My husband spoke to the salesman on April 20th.)

Now, let me tell you about the issues with the windows they delivered: first of all, the trim is brown instead of the beige trim we specifically requested. Sure, it's paintable, but that's not what we wanted. Secondly, the inside of the windows is white instead of brown, which isn't a violation, but it just looks odd with our upstairs being white and our downstairs being brown. And don't even get me started on the handles! The old ones were a simple dark rectangle, but the new ones are this flashy, shiny brushed bronze. My husband even had a conversation with the salesman, Dwayne, about this, and he promised that the flashy handles would only be on the inside. Well, guess what? They're not!

To make matters worse, the color of the doors on the outside is a dark chocolate instead of the milk chocolate we were expecting. And the real problem lies in the borders. The old doors had a 2-inch border all the way around, but the new ones have a 3-inch border. We could maybe paint the trim and try to find a locksmith to change the handles, but there's no way we can change the width of the border. And trust me, the HOA needs to be satisfied. They need to be satisfied. They need to be satisfied. I highly doubt these doors will pass inspection, and that's the only reason we went through the trouble of replacing them. They are completely useless.
