I filed for short term disability on Jan 5 2026 and I sent in the appropriate paper work and there was one date wrong in it so I heard nothing back from them I called them in the Jan 22 2026 and they said I had missed a spot on my paper work and if I didn’t get it turned in by Jan 28 2026 I would be denied. The checks they started sending me was supposed to be tax exempt but someone there put on my w4 a 0 exemption filing singling causing them to take 22 percent taxes out on it I called them and turned in a tax exempt on my w4 on Deb 2 2026 and today is Deb 11 2026 and they are still taking tax out of my check I have called them back at least 15 times and I always get ahold of a secretary that know nothing about my case other than what she reads on computer screen and each time I ask to talk to a case worker and each time they are not available or they are not there they always say they will have them call me back but never does. Then I get a text periodically saying that they have tried to reach me but can’t get ahold of me. They have even tried to call me they just put it in there notes to cover themselves this is getting pretty aggravating to deal with and I did not know what else to do they need to be held accountable
