Sedgwick denied a denied a claim of mine. And I want to complain. I had 2 different experts hired to look at my damages. Both agreed with me that it was their fault. Yet Sedgwick NEVER had anyone look at my damages. So how can they deny it?

I invited them to look many times. Especially since we have a Sedgwick 3 miles from me! They refused.

I have sent more proof to my claim than they did. I have videos, pictures, receipts and more. They have been beyond rude! Treated me like a criminal! I talked to 3 people there - none of the care! They seem to have no ethics or morals. And who gives them a right to deny a claim? Their statement says they care ! No they don’t. And that statement is fraud. I want an apology from the Naperville Illinois Sedgwick team, my claim opened and pay me my loses. No company should treat a person the way they do. Look at their reviews! I’m not the only one complaining. I even contacted the BBB. They refused to answer back. Which they told me - it does not look good for a business to ignore them. If u can’t help me. Please forward this to someone who can. I know I proved my claim. And they didn’t. I will fight for what is right.
