I was told by Ray Wetzel that I wasn’t injured and that I was faking my injury. Talk about a low-life. He was rude, inconsiderate and flat out smug in his response. I treated for six months after adjuster Sean Fraine informed me to send in all documents related to my fall over the grocery cart. It fell over sideways into a huge pothole and almost took me with it. Luckily, I was able to hold myself up from falling onto the ground. When my massage therapist called in to confirm billing - they denied it. This is after several months of treating. Needless to say, this company is a fraud.
