My mother signed up for the service initially, but then changed her mind within 10 days and had all the equipment removed just after Christmas 2025.
Since then it's been constant harassment in the middle of the night about issues with the equipment (which hasn't been there for 5 months) and continuing invoice charges and emailed notices about unpaid amounts.
Twice a representative has said they would fix it, but she continues to get billed for services they have never provided and literally cannot provide since there is no equipment installed!
