sky light roofing is the best! they did a great job on my roof! the workers were super cool and did a really good job! my roof looks amazing now! i would totally recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done!

Can you believe it? Sky Light Roofing, Inc. charges a whopping $450 for cancelling a contract! That's outrageous! All they did was request a county permit that costs only $78 and takes just 2 minutes to get on the Fast Track website. I had to cancel because of a family emergency that hit me hard financially, and I gave them more than 15 days' notice. They didn't deliver any materials or do any work, so they didn't incur any expenses except for the county permit. And yet, they still want to charge me $450 for cancelling. This is pure abuse, plain and simple.

Sky Light Roofing did a great job for us. They kept us in the loop about when they would start, and they showed up on time. They were careful not to mess up our yard, and even though it rained a few times, they still finished the job in only two days! After they were almost done, they sent another crew to do some final touches that I didn't even think about. They cleaned up all the junk from my gutters and yard, and they painted all the vent pipes on my roof. They were also really nice and polite. Guillermo was especially awesome! He took care of all our concerns and went above and beyond what we expected.

Hey there, just wanted to give a shoutout to Sky Light Roofing, Inc. These guys are the real deal! I live in Europe but have some properties in Orlando, and my friends do too. And let me tell you, roofs can get messed up real bad for all sorts of reasons. But every time we've needed help, we've turned to Sky Light Roofing and they've never let us down. They're super customer-focused and professional, and their prices are totally reasonable. All it takes is an email from Europe to get the ball rolling on an estimate, and once you confirm everything, they get to work fixing your roof in a friendly and professional way. Sky Light Roofing, Inc. was great! Brent ***, the Villages Account Manager, was amazing! Brent was a real gentleman. He explained the whole roofing process. He told us what was going to happen, and when. He was always in touch. He answered every question we had and replied to every message we sent him. Because of an upcoming medical appointment that I had, we asked if we could have the roof installed on our timeline. Brent made it happen. We are very thankful.
The crew that was sent to install our roof, arrived on time, and went right to work. They were real pros and did an outstanding job, before, during, and after the installation.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brent *** and this amazing crew to anyone who is looking to have a roof installed.

I called a roofer who was recommended, but they didn't even bother to call me back. So, I called Sky Light Roofing and they were on it. Brandon called me back in no time and scheduled an inspection for a couple of days later. He sent me the estimate a few days after that. I called another roofer who was trying to get me to file a claim with my insurance for hail damage from a year ago. Surprise, surprise, the insurance didn't come through. So, I went back to Sky Light and asked if they could do the job quickly. Brandon said they could and they did. They even pushed through the permit processing. I signed the paperwork and the shingle roof was done in a jiffy. I paid what they estimated plus a little extra for some rotted wood they found. I paid half up front and the other half after the final inspection. Sky Light sent me all the paperwork by email, including pictures. Brandon was always available and made the whole process easy. Did I mention I did this all from out of town? Sky Light Roofing is a quality asset.

I got my roof done by Skylight Roofing on 4/14. It took them more than 5 weeks until 5/13 to upload the pictures and documents of my damaged roof. They were not able to do it properly, so my insurance closed my claim on 4/26. I was in the dark for two weeks until I called the insurance myself on 4/28 to re-open my claim. The adjuster has been calling me since then, but they were not receiving the proper pictures from Skylight Roofing. Julian from SLR came back on 5/1 to take more pictures for the second time. Finally, on 5/13, the adjuster got all the pictures. On 5/20, I called SLR because the tarps on my roof crumbled down, and they came back for the second time to put them again. It was a frustrating, wild ride, and worrisome experience. I don't have confidence in their workmanship, so I canceled. However, they want over $5000.00 for the cancellation fee.

We hired Sky Light to help with insurans claim for roof damage. We signed a doc below to use them for the roof replacement thru the claim in August. Our claim was denied and thru the advice from Sky Light, we hired their preferred lawyer to help fight the denial. Our insurans company has gone out of business and we need to proceed with the roof replacement without the settlement. We are paying cash for the roof and will hopefully recoup any costs thru our claim down the road. We asked Sky Light to proceed and give us the price to do the job now without the claim, and the price skyrocket to $50,000 from the initial quote we were given of $14,000 for the job. We attempted to work this out with Sky Light but they are keeping their price at $50,000. This feels like insurans fraud as they are attempting to get much more for our roof than the fair market rate or what has been quoted to us. We had 2 other roofers quote us $30,000 and $25,000 in the last 30 days so we know that they are inflating the cost in the hopes the insurans company will pay. Overall, we are just attempting to have let them us out of the attached agreement so if we do eventually get a settlement the money won't be tied to Sky Light. We haven't paid them for any services and they haven't started any work.
