Dear Scoot Airlines Customer Service,
I am writing to formally report an issue with my luggage following my recent flight with your airline. I arrived this morning from Bangkok with transit in Singapore. I am riding TR 611 (Bangkok-Singapore) and TR 588 (Singapore to Manila) Upon arrival, while waiting for our driver I discovered that my suitcase was damaged. The handle was broken, and one of the wheels was almost detached. I tried to go back inside but the guards forbid me to go back to the arrival ramp and just asked me to email for a complaint.
The luggage was checked in under my name, and the damage was noticed at the arrival area next to the exit gate. I kindly request assistance in processing a claim for repair or compensation for the damaged luggage.
Please advise me on the next steps and the documentation required to support this claim. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter.
I am attaching the photos here for your review. Thank you very much!
Desired outcome: compensation for the mishandling of luggage
