Save Dollar Stores Nightmare Shopping Experience at Save Dollar Stores: No Updates or Communication for Over a Month

I had an unfortunate experience shopping at Save Dollar Stores (savedollarstores.com), and it's been a total nightmare. I placed an order for a product I really wanted over a month ago, and it's been radio silence ever since. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I have yet to receive any shipping information or updates on the status of my order. Needless to say, I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

What's even more worrisome is that I've been told to patiently wait for my purchase to arrive, which is not exactly reassuring given the amount of time that has passed. As a consumer, I deserve better than vague promises and waiting with no end in sight. I don't think it's too much to ask for some transparency and reliable updates.

The one saving grace in this situation is that I chose to pay with PayPal, which gives me some peace of mind. However, I shouldn't have to resort to filing a dispute to get my money back when I simply wanted to make a purchase from a supposedly reputable retailer.

Overall, it's unfortunate that my experience with Save Dollar Stores has been so frustrating. I hope that they can improve their communication and fulfillment processes to avoid similar issues for future customers.

Save Dollar Stores Review of Save Dollar Stores: Good Products, Poor Shipping and Handling

I recently had the opportunity to shop at savedollarstores.com and although I was pleased with the bottles I purchased, my experience with shipping and handling left much to be desired. Unfortunately, on every occasion that I received a shipment from them, many of the items were broken due to poor packaging. This was extremely frustrating, as I had to take the time to call customer service and send photos of the damage in order to request a replacement. To their credit, Save Dollar Stores did replace the items and shipped them again. However, despite their efforts, the same issue occurred, and I ended up with six broken bottles in total. Though I appreciated their willingness to replace the damaged items, the hassle of having to go through this process multiple times was certainly not ideal. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and hope that Save Dollar Stores can make improvements to their shipping and handling methods to avoid similar issues in the future.

Save Dollar Stores Disappointing Experience with Save Dollar Stores: Poor Customer Service and Return Policies

My experience with Save Dollar Stores was frustrating to say the least. I had originally placed an order through another company that was then processed by SDS. However, instead of being notified that my order was being processed, I received an email from SDS saying that they were waiting for my order. Confused, I ended up placing a second order without realizing that the item had already been ordered on my behalf.

When I tried to return the duplicate item, I faced numerous obstacles and hoops to jump through. It was almost as if they didn't want me to return it at all. Needless to say, this experience left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with Save Dollar Stores.

It's a shame, because I had initially been hopeful about using their services and potentially recommending them to others. But now, I wouldn't dream of it. In fact, I would actively discourage anyone from using their services. Unless they drastically improve their customer service and return policies, I won't be giving them any more of my business.

Save Dollar Stores Warning: Save Dollar Stores Overpriced and Poor Customer Service

Recently, I placed an order for clear Christmas ornaments on the Save Dollar Stores website. While navigating the site, I came across a special deal where I could purchase four ornaments for $3.72. Excited about the opportunity, I decided to order four sets of the ornaments, believing that I would be receiving a total of 16 pieces for an affordable price.

However, upon receiving my package, I was disappointed to find that I had only received four bulbs. Upon further examination of my order, I realized that each individual ornament was priced at $3.72, which meant that I had grossly overpaid for my purchase.

Frustrated and annoyed, I immediately called the customer service hotline listed on the website to voice my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, instead of reaching a live representative, I was redirected to a voicemail system. I left a message expressing my concerns, but as of yet, I have not received a reply.

To say the least, my experience with Save Dollar Stores has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. Save Dollar Stores Beware of Save Dollar Stores' Customer Service: A Frustrating Experience

When I stumbled upon Save Dollar Stores (savedollarstores.com), I was excited at the prospect of getting the products I needed at an affordable price. However, my experience with their customer service has left me feeling quite frustrated and dissatisfied.

I recently had to return an item I had purchased because it was the wrong size. As per their instructions on the website and my invoice, I tried to obtain a return item code, which I needed to send the item back. Despite my efforts, I was unable to secure the code even after reaching out to a live person. After more than a week of trying, I eventually sent the item back without a code.

Save Dollar Stores Save Dollar Stores: Unacceptable Customer Service and Overcharging

I am sorry to say that the experience I had with Save Dollar Stores (savedollarstores.com) was extremely disappointing. I placed an order with the company, however, I received the wrong item. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company, they took no responsibility or made any attempt to correct the issue. This is an unacceptable level of customer service.

To make things worse, I discovered that I was overcharged for the incorrect item and was forced to pay more than what was originally quoted on their website. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and honesty demonstrated by this company.

It is important for businesses to take care of their customers and adhere to fair and honest business practices. In this case, Save Dollar Stores has failed in both regards. As a result, I will be sharing my experience with others on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to warn them about the poor service they can expect from this company.

I will never do business with Save Dollar Stores again, and I strongly advise anyone else to take their business elsewhere. I believe it is important to demonstrate integrity and respect for your customers, and Save Dollar Stores has shown neither.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Save Dollar Stores, an online retail store that boasts competitive prices on their merchandise. I placed an order through their website eight days ago, and as one would expect, I eagerly awaited its arrival. Save Dollar Stores Save Dollar Stores: Beware of This Misleading and Dishonest Seller

I recently had an unfortunate shopping experience with Save Dollar Stores (savedollarstores.com) and thought it was important to share it with others. I ordered two sets of "36-Pack Sharpie Pens" through Google Shopping and was very excited to receive them. However, when the package arrived, I was shocked to find that there were only two new, bare pens inside.

I immediately reached out to Google Shopping to report the error. They assured me that a full refund was warranted, but it would take some time to resolve the issue. I then contacted Save Dollar Stores to explain what had happened and to inquire about returning the items. They agreed to accept the return but kept $5.50 of my money because they claimed the package had been opened.

I was frustrated and disappointed to see that several other customers had reported the exact same experience over the previous four years. It seemed that Save Dollar Stores had not taken any steps to address this issue, despite the numerous complaints they had received.

Getting Google Shopping to step in and correct the situation required a great deal of effort on my part, and I may even have to file a complaint with AMEX to resolve the issue. I wanted to share my experience with others so they could avoid the same headaches that I went through. In my opinion, it's important to be careful when shopping with Save Dollar Stores and to proceed with caution. Shopper beware!

Upon placing a recent order with saveollarstores.com, I encountered an issue with package tracking information that caused me some frustration.
