Hi there,

The attendant mistakenly captured an extra 0 when I had to pay for the fuel. After capturing my pin and obtaining a slip I then realized that instead of capturing R1, 020, she captured R10, 020.This occurred on the 18th November 2019.

I brought this to the managers attention (Bilal)and he mentioned that he will address this and I would receive a refund by Thursday the 12th of which I did not but instead requested for my ID, Credit card details.

I submitted this information on the 23rd November and to date have not received any feedback from the Garage or Management.

As mentioned to the Manager after my last call of which he mentioned that he thought I got the refund, that I will take this matter to complaints and thereafter social media if not addressed urgently.

It seems that there urgency to resolve this matter.

Please provide me with some feedback.
