Sasol review: franchise of sasol do not pay their employees

My son was a employee of one off Sasols petrol stations Kriel MP. He was employed for 3 months. He was a cashier. On 26 November 2019 they told him he does not have a work anymore without any warning, or any evidence of wrong doing, and they are going to deducted almost 5000.00. On 28 November 2019 he got a salary of 766.00 for a month's work he is not the only one this franchise of Sasol did this to they did it before to other people just before they must pay there people's salary and deducted unreasonable amounts, is this how Sasol treats there employees they work for almost nothing and are layed of for nothing and just don't get paid.
