I purchased a Samsung dryer from Home Depot and received it on November 1,2022. Because it uses natural gas, I had the dryer converted to propane for $279.99. I went to use the dryer and found that I would select a drying selection, i.e., Normal for say 42 minutes and after 2 minutes it would register 1 minute and stop drying. This happened on all settings. I called Home Depot who contacted a service company that services Samsung products and the original date was Nov 17, 2022. I was away so we rescheduled for December 2, 2022. Was called on December 1, 2022, that thew a service call was canceled by Samsung due to them not having the replacement part. When I spoke to Samsung, I was told by them they would refund me for this unit. Since this unit was installed by my propane provider, I was seeking an additional $276.99 compensation for that installation. I need to be refunded for this as well because I now have to purchase a new dyer and have it installed AGAIN!
Along with the representative from Home Depot and myself, we have been forwarded and told numerous variations of what to do and none of them have included compensation of being compensated for the expense of the conversion or not having a dryer that works.
I am continually forwarded to either the Philippines or Columbia and speaking to persons with accents that I find difficult to understand and cannot provide me with any way to speak to someone who can assist me in the USA.
All I want is to be refunded for what I payed for dryer including taxes and what I payed to make the conversion. No one I spoke to at refunds and exchanges seem to understand that it was their dryer that was defective, that THEY should be responsible for making me come out EVEN by refunding me the conversion costs. I shouldn’t be out any monies for their defective machine.

Good morning,
I had my Samsung Z fold 2 send to Samsung for repair on December 2021 for repair with repair ticket number: [protected], but Samsung has replied to me that Samsung were unable to fix my Samsung Z fold 2. Samsung has offer me a replacement, but it never happens. After going back and forth with Samsung Z fold department, Samsung Z fold department has offered me refund for my phone, but that never happen as well. I had been without a phone since December 2021. I have a job and really in need of a phone for my daily duty. It got to the point that I have to borrow my cousin old phone for a year already and I'm still doing payment on the Samsung Z fold phone that I don't even have since Samsung have my phone for repair and never send me a replacement. My name is Rahul KRISHNANKUTTY, I am a Citizen of India but staying in Uganda, East Africa. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20+ from Kampala, Uganda on 29.08.2020. I am using Samsung Phones Since 2008 and the very first mobile I bought was Samsung Wave and started my journey with Samsung.
Until now I have used different models of Samsung like Samsung Ace Plus, Samsung A5, Samsung Note5, Samsung S9+ and finally Samsung S20+. Recently also purchased Samsung A52 and Samsung M53 for my family members.
Until October 2022 my mobile was working fine and had no issues with it, then I got an update for Android 12 One UI 4.1 and updated it as usual.
After some days one morning when I woke up on 31st of October, 2022 to my surprise I found one green line on my display. I checked on google and YouTube to find the issue with the screen I found that many peoples have been complaining about the Samsung S20+ green line issue and also found an article stating that Samsung is giving free FOC replacement up to 31st of December 2022.
After a week I found another line has added and as on today it is around 6 lines, which is very heartbreaking and also disturbing while working. The screen is not clear due to the lines and can’t watch anything clearly.
Somehow, I found the service center located in Kampala, Uganda. where I went today to inspect my Phone from the authorized service center. The service center technician first of all told me that this phone is Vietnam Make and we cannot help on this, secondly, he told me that this screen gets issues due to time even if there is no physical and liquid damage. He gave suggested to replace the display and gave a quotation of USD ($550), Which is almost more than half price of the phone.
I am shocked and I think Samsung is cheating their customers by taking their hard-earned money. I would prefer buying Chinese phones than these expensive phones which goes of exactly after warranty period. I used to suggest people for buying Samsung phones for its reliability and customer service. But I see that Samsung is no more a reliable brand.
I don’t know whether this email will reach you or I can get any solution. I still believe that Samsung is a worldwide brand like Apple cannot sit back and ignore their valued customer who is affected by this issue.
We use Emi schemes or loans to buy these damn expensive phones and if it can’t perform well then it is better to shift to another local brand or Apple. Even Techno, Oppo can be value for money.
I was planning to buy S22 Ultra this Christmas on exchange and this thing happened, now they can’t even give $100 for this phone. The lines are increasing day by day and the phone is becoming useless. Hope you can understand the situation.

False promotion
Samsung email me with a promotion for buying the Flip4 5g phone with promotion
After going through it, I found one of the promotions "wireless charger Duo". This suit me as it can charge my new phone and also my existing Samsung ACtive2 watch. As the phone did not come with charger.
after payment and received my phone, the charger was not deliver to me.
I called up to customer service. Make me on hold for checking.
After few minutes, they claim my purchase has no promotion. After arguing for some time, he checked again with the sale. Few minutes informed me that I bought the wrong phone for this promotion. Argue again, checked with sale again, few minutes later, claim that my model did not have this promotion. Argue again, checked with sals again. Few minute later, they claim that my phone storage 128gb do not have this promotion. Argue again, then I attached the samsung promotion notes on this promotion to him. He end the chats
Few days received a note stating that there is no such promotion
I emailed an attachment on the promotion.
Few days later, they claim that "out of stock"
I wrote back to them; they should inform me before collecting my payment
On that day, the promotion is still on. If no stock, this promotion should cut off.
With all above excuses, it shows that they are cheating customer by putting false ads.
Since then, they keep on email, their right.
I already paid and my new phone with no charger.
They are big company, what can buyer do about it.
Please advise what we can do.

Samsung clothes dryer dve45b6300w
On 11/25/2022 I was doing laundry and noticed that my dryer was no longer heating up and drying my clothes. I tried different cycle types and the drum stayed room cold. I read the manual and performed the air flow test and it came back with an error code HC which means the temperature is either to cold or to hot. In my case it was too cold. I called their customer support several times and they passed me to tech support each time. I explained the troubleshooting steps I had taken before calling Samsung. After talking to the last girl for a bit I could tell that she was reading from a list; they all were actually. She had me repeat the airflow test to see if the same error code comes back; which it did. She told be the next step is to call an electrician to come out and check the power connection. I told her I am not paying hundreds of dollars for an electrician when Samsung can send a tech out under warranty to actually find out what is wrong with my dryer. The dryer was installed just under two months ago and the previous dryer was 20 yrs old and working perfectly before I decided to replace it and the washer. The house is relatively new so I told the girl they will send out a tech under warranty. I then asked for a manager and am still waiting for a call back. I tested the outlet under load and saw no issues.
Desired outcome: I want a tech come out under warranty or a new replacement; not refurbished.
Appliances
In 2018 I purchased a Samsung Suite of Appliances in the black stainless steel for approx. $ 3900. The first six month everything was fine, after that things started to fall apart, literally, fall apart. The black color started to come off the stove, microwave and refrigerator. A week after the one year warranty the plastic door shelves in the refrigerator started to crack. Now at least 6 out of the 8 are cracked and fall off. Last week I went to use the stoves self cleaning system and on line other people were saying to to use because it will short out your whole stove.
This week the microwave has no power, and is going to cost me more more than it is worth. Samsung appliance sold at Home Depot is garbage, I have three family members all how have the same problems. Home Depot has been zero help. The last set of appliances I had lasted over 20 years and still worked, I wish I would have keep them.
Desired outcome: I would like a credit to get a different brand of appliance.
Electric dryer - dve50a8600e/a3
We purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer from Samsung Online. We purchased the pair in March of 2022. Two weeks after the units were installed, the dryer broke. The dryer sometimes would get hot enough to dry clothes but you would have to change drying modes all the time - set it to SuperSpeed for one load and have to change the mode to something else because the dryer wouldn't heat in that mode wasting maybe 40 minutes of your time. I am hoping this makes sense.
So we called Samsung Care+ (we purchased the 5 year extended warranty). Working with Samsung Care+ is a huge endeavor. When you call and eventually get a live person, that person takes you through many steps - I guess they take you through so many steps to make sure it isn’t operator error. They even send you a link to your phone. The link connects them to the camera on your mobile phone. They even make you take the vent hose off. Finally, after much time and stress they issue a repair ticket.
Within a day or two I received an email notifying me that a person from Assurion will will call me to make an appointment for a technician to come out to the house and fix the dryer. The first thing the tech does is try to sell us a warranty package for our appliances. Huh? Just fix the dryer. So he takes out his phone and using his phone he wirelessly connects his phone to the dryer and runs through a few diagnostic tests. He claims there is nothing wrong with the dryer and leaves. Huh? It is still broke. We call Samsung back and this to complain about the tech. I told them I do not want Assurion coming back. They send another tech.
We end up having 4 different techs come out multiple times. They end up replacing every component in the dryer with the exception of the wiring harness and chassis.
I finally had my wife call them because I wasn’t able to convince them to replace the dryer. The first thing she said when she finally spoke to a person that she wants a new replacement dryer. So now the process of getting a replacement. We are then told that our model is no longer available. They say that they are going to give us a refund. This is now late October. It was the middle of November when we finally got a refund for the DRYER only! They were not going to refund the extended warranty, even though it was never used because it was still under the manufactures warranty. They are not going to refund the installation either.
I spent hours and hours on the phone. During those hours and hours I was handed off to about ten people over a course of a few days. On one occasion, the 6th person hung up on me – I was not rude or loud although it may have been an accident.
I finally called the bank with who I financed the washer and dryer with (Samsung has its own financing through TD Bank at zero percent interest). When I called the bank the person I first spoke with handed me off to Maria. Maria was great. She said we can dispute the charge but only after we canceled the warranty. Hmmm. No one mentioned canceling the warranty. They gave me the Samsung eCommerce phone number. I called them and the first person I spoke handed me off to one more person who actually helped me. She initiated the cancellation of the warranty and sent me an email of this. Well, I paid $229.99 for the warranty and $47.95 for the installation. I then get an email stating that my refund is $243.79. Adding up the numbers, they are shorting me $34.15.
Epilogue.
We went online and order another dryer from Samsung Online, (it is mid November and the delivery date for the new dryer is January the 9th. A couple of days later, after much thought, I cancelled the order. We originally bought a matching set. Due to the Samsung customer service adventure/debacle, we no longer have a matching set and there is no way to get a matching set because a replacement dryer is no longer available. So, we are going to sell the washer and purchase another matching washer and dryer set from another brand.
Desired outcome: Get refunded all my money and something for my recently diagnosed high blood pressure

Samsung Galaxy Fold 4
I purchased the fold 4 on Sept 19th 2022. The phone has been great. Today Nov. 21st 2022 I woke up to answer a text message. I opened the phone to the larger screen and there is a bright line on the right side of the screen. It goes from the outside of the screen to just about the fold. I took the phone to my local AT&T store were I had purchased the phone. They told me that all I had to do was call Samsung and they would most likely send me a replacement since the phone was only 2 months old. So I called Samsung and spoke with customer service. They want me to take the phone to a repair center(which is fine). I called the repair center and they told me that if it is the screen protector they can fix it, but if it is internal it is considered damaged and I am out of luck Samsung will not replace. So I will be out $1800.! I have never dropped the phone, got it were, or damaged it in anyway. It is in pristine condition. I am so upset.

I purchased Samsung range on 5/19/2022 from Orville's Webster NY with a 5 year warranty. So far not satisfied, I have had it serviced twice 1st was 10 days after I purchased. 3 weeks (June 11th) for service man to come fix it. 2nd time October 29 2022 the same repair fix. Samsung Refrigerator, Microwave and Stove
In December, 2019, I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, Model RF28R7201SR, $1797.30, Samsung Microwave, Model ME21R7051SS, $368.10 and Electric Range, Model NE59R4321SS, $719.10 from a local Home Depot.
To date I have had:
1. to replace the ice maker in the refrigerator in March, 2022 which was covered under an extended warranty from Home Depot for a cost of $155.00
2. to replace the the microwave in September, 2022 for a cost of $567.09 and
3. the latest is the glass top on my range cracked in November, 2022 which will cost over $250.00.
Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with all of my appliances.
I would like a reimbursement of at least $1000.00.

Galaxy z flip 4
Somehow, the screen is not covered by warranty.
I got the Galaxy Z Flip 4 September 2nd and purchased the official case for it as well. Two days ago, November 16th, I folded my phone and heard a crackling sound. I opened my phone and noticed the crease in the middle of my phone where it folds. I half folded my phone inspecting the device when the LCD screen began to blacken from the middle and spread. I spoke with Samsung who recommended I take my phone to Best Buy or UbreakIfix for a repair under warranty.
I went to Best Buy as it was closer and familiar when the associate explained along the lines that they are not able to repair the phone as the contract or negotiations with Samsung are not finalized but was directed to UbreakIfix. There, the technician told me his company would be charged by Samsung as the marks on the hinge "indicated fall damage," which would void the warranty. The case is aluminum, the hinge is exposed with the official case. He would not repair my phone. Two authorized repair shops, not able to make repairs.
After calling customer service again, I was told to mail in the phone for a technician to inspect and repair as required. The next day, now the 18th, I received an estimate of $237 to repair the phone as it was "out of warranty." I was told that the screen is not part of the warranty. That my options were to pay and repair a phone that was in use less than 90 days, protected by their own case, or have it mailed back as is.
The phone is advertised as durable, and yet when the screen breaks under normal use, the company ignores the repair. I used the official case which leaves the hinge exposed. The day my phone's screen began to degrade, it never touched the floor. It was in my hand. The phone was likely defective, but Samsung refused responsibility.
Desired outcome: Fix my phone without charge, offer a case that protects the hinge from waist height. I'm only 5'4". I believe the phone was defective. Do not tell customers to go to Best Buy for repairs.
Samsung S22 Ultra
Motherboard failure within 9 months of purchase. Expect me to be without phone for over 1 week to ship for repairs. I run my business through this phone so 1 week is not an option. Left with no choice but to purchase another phone but Samsung will not refund the extended warranty purchased. or send the part to a local authorized repair shop.

I bought a Samsung Z Fold and insured with vodacom I am on business I also had another phone which is exactly the same with Telkom I switched vodacom sim card to Telkom due to signal problem in a process my phone got lost on Monday now I don't understand how come I cannot benefit from the insurance. I wasn't informed that I cannot swap sim cards from the contract I signed I wasn't even given the contract and the company where I bought my cellphone is under new management at Mandela Square but I'm still paying for my insurance for my phone. This is my first time claiming since I open the contract with vodacom so I need your urgent assistance as I am paying my insurance every month to date.

Very poor design for water filter placement inside the refrigerator, this has caused the refrigerator to leak over time and likely I will have. Mold growing under my flooring and cabinets, possibly samsung should provide a drip pan for the entire piece of [censored] refrigerator to sit in to prevent floor damage from leaks.
What other [censored]ing information do you need? There was a [censored]ing leak from the piss poor designed water filter, it filled up the lower part of the refrigerator and deli drawer, then leaked on my [censored]ing floor, and caused damage to the [censored]ing floor, I don't expect you do do a motherfucking thing as samsung is a very low rate [censored] company. And this complaint board is also [censored]ing useless as a turd in a punch bowl. Go [censored] off unless your going to help!

Range snx60t8311ss knob replacements
Please justify how samsung can charge $88 per replacement knob DG94-03500A. It would cost me 440 to replace all 5 broken knobs. That’s more than half of the cost of the range that was purchased 18 mos ago. Sounds like gauging to me. Will never buy another Samsung appliance again
All 5 knobs have cracked and are not usable. I have to keep a small pliers to turn knob stems to use the stove

We purchased a dual fuel range in March it was delivered in June and had a fire within the cavity where Samsung came out and checked it, and deemed it refundable. This happened in September my husband has called tickets have been issued and shut down and NOTHING has been done to resolve the dilemma. This is become a joke that Samsung is this incompetent to resolve a simple problem. No one seems to take responsibility to help a customer once the product has been dropped. It is a disgrace on what people have to go through to accomplish anything with samsung. They show that there is a 100 % customer satisfaction. I find that difficult to believe. As I see no concern for resolving this problem of ours.
We purchased a dual fuel range and Samsung came out and checked it approved it for a refund and we are STILL waiting for the trucking company to contact us to have it picked up and refunded once it is picked up.
