Sakare Service

My friend and I happened to walk past the Sakare stand in Westfield, Stratford, where a sales gentleman insisted on us going in and trying their products. We said no thank you many times but he insisted on us going in. He showed us all the products and was just rather rude to us. My friend was there listening to him talk about the products where he turned round and said "I'm finding it very difficult to talk to you". We brushed it off and just continued to listen. I received a phone call and as I looked at my phone, the gentleman gave me a rather disgusted look and ask "what's wrong with you?"

After saying no to buying the products, he said to us in a rather nasty tone "you waste my time in me showing you these products and you won't even buy anything" and would make comments about our appearance.

I understand that they are there to try and sell you the products but the way we were treated was appalling, and left us feeling really uncomfortable.

What I do not get is that you told him no many times, and he kept harassing you yet he is claiming that you wasted his time. Seems like he wasted his own time by not taking no for an answer, and your time as well.

Sakare Body cream

HELP! I opened my jar of cream and saw black mold all over the surface. Yes! BLACK MOLD!
This is a very expensive jar of cream, which I have been loving since I bought it. Never have I had a cream develop mold
How can I get a refund?
Soooo not good!
Purchased in Paris in the 4th arrondissement in September 2019 while on vacation
Please replace or refund.

Sakare order number 9319

I received my order today and have opened it just now.
I was wondering is there another parcel to arrive because I am missing quite a few things. Also three of the items are damaged and have leaked!

Damaged/ leaked: Nail kit
Gentle face toner
Calming foot cream.

Missing: anti wrinkle cream
24K Gold cream
Intense nourishing mud mask
Whitening mask
Nail kit x2.

Sakare extremely rude sales associates

The sales assistants are so horrible, they can see how clearly uncomfortable you are, pushing you to buy things. Insulting your appearance to force you to buy things or try demos you do not consent to. When I tried to leave the demo I was stopped multiple times before rushing out to leave. I felt disgusted that I had been criticised by people attempting to sell me things, by making me feel insecure, possibly the worst sales tactic ever. Also, forcing people to take part in demo's against their will is another weird move as I would not have gone to this length to complain if I found it a standard experience. Your staff went above and beyond to be nasty, rude and vile, who harass potential customers.

Sakare sakura body butter, sea salt etc

Bought Sakare set products in new bond str, but were not informed about refund policy by sale assistant before payment. Wanted return and refund money, and explained that not happy with product quality and had some allergy during testing and afterwords. Sale assistant told that cannot refund because it was sold under promotion and instead offered one more product for free.
I want to return products and refund full money. Not happy with the quality of the products.

Sakare mineral peel & body scrub

I have been mislead and tricked into buying this, same as every other person who walks past their bond street(london) store . Influenced and intimidated by their hard sale techniques I left the store in shock as I felt compelled to buy something so I can get them away from me. None of the products have barcodes, prices or even a specific list of ingredients! The "mineral peel " that's meant to remove dead skin actually has the same texture as liquid glue as well as same result on any surface used ! I am left disappointed by the service, techniques used and quality of products!

The body scrub, well, mix some sugar with oil and you got yourself a scrub better than this!

I need to send these products back & want a refund for them, need someone from this company to contact me before I get in touch with trading standards.

Sakare sakare products

Any good brand will never use the same aggressive and misleading sales tactic that SAKARE uses. They say that SAKARE sources the best ingredients all over the world and that it is a luxury beauty brand.

They will try products on your skin and make you think that you are buying exclusive SAKARE brand products. It is only when you go home that you will realise that they have sold you non-SAKARE brands. Their pricing is also not published in their store so it is difficult to see if you are paying correct prices for their products. Again, as soon as you get home - you will realise that they sold you different brands which you can get for a lot less than they tell you in the store. They sell you products from brands: Dead Sea Premier and Soap&Co which most everyone in eBay are unloading - brand new and unused - for a fraction of what you UNKNOWINGLY pay for in the SAKARE stores.

Sakare Terrible

I have ordered some beauty products from www.sakare.com and was very disappointed with its quality. I don't know what ingredients they use, but after I used the product many red spots appeared on my skin!
I contacted customer service and they said that I had 28 days to return the product. Great, I thought, still had time. But then they said that they accepted back only unused products. Red flag!
Will never used Sakare again! They sell dreadful products and their return policy is beyond ridiculous!

Sakare Rude, terrible, disrespectful!!

Several days ago I was walking by Sakare store and some strange sales lady invited me to try their products. I decided to give it a try and tried some of their creams. Products were nice but very overpriced and I was not planning to buy any of it.
I said thanks and was about to leave but the sales lady stood in my way and tried to force me to buy something!
She was very pushy and lied to me. Said that they had a special offer and I will get a discount and etc. Still, very expensive! I told her that I don't need anything and asked her to step aside and let me out.
Before I left the store I heard how she said something nasty about my appearance and that I was too poor to buy their products!
Terrible place!

Sakare Seller didn't return money for the order, which has been lost

Awful website! I have ordered from the company www.sakare.com for the first time. I placed the order and paid money. The seller confirmed the purchase and payment, but after that I haven’t received the order. To my surprise, the seller knew nothing about the order and its location. I was so disappointed in this company, but I asked to return money back. Unfortunately, the seller couldn’t do it as well.

Sakare Rude and impolite seller

My wife recently had the bad experience with the company www.sakare.com. She went to buy the cream, which cost her about $23.99. The seller offered other products, ‘coz they had some discounts if you buy more than $25. But my wife refused and told that she wanted only cream. The seller started to speak with her in rude manner and was impolite. My wife decided not to visit this shop anymore. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Sakare This cream didn't help me at all

I bought SAKARE cream from www.sakare.com. It had only good reviews on the website and I decided to try it. The ad stated that the difference would be seen within 2 weeks. But it was simple cream and my skin remained the same. I was upset as well as the prices were too high for the creams. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
