I am trying to place an order using nectar points and a cash top up. Each time I have tries it says it wants authorisation from my bank and the screen goes blank and my pc hangs or appears to. I have used two different cards from 2 different banks. Why will your app not complete my purchase? It really is annoying because this is nit the first time it has happrned and it is never the bank's fault always ssainsburys
