I am very disappointed with the service from Sainsbury's regarding my grocery delivery yesterday 13/3/26
My delivery slot was 5-6 PM. One hour before, I received a call saying it could not be delivered. I explained that I had guests at home and could not leave the house because of my
children. I was later told the order would be delivered after 6 PM.
At 7 PM I called again and was told it would arrive in 15-20 minutes. I waited, but after calling them
again 8 o’clock I was told the delivery would not come at all.
This situation was very embarrassing for me in front of my guests, and I am very disappointed that I was given incorrect information and asked to keep waiting. I have been told manager will call me in next morning 9:AM regarding issue and it’s 10:34 AM now and I have not recieved any call yet I’m so disappointed and frustrated
