A birthday present has been ordered to deliver today to me, a clear message was left for delivery service to rang a door bell, or leave it in the door cupboard, according to the slot time given by Sainsbury I was waiting for delivery between 9:00 - 10:00 am. Unfortunately I just found a card thrown through the door, not even time written what time the delivery team was trying to deliver the order (picture attached) and information to contact to re-arrange a delivery. I called a number [protected], but the problem wasn't solved at all, and I was offered re-delivery the following day. as it was a birthday cake it was really important it was delivered on a specific day which is today.
I'm very disappointed and my whole day has been ruined.
I would like the order to be delivered today, but customer service wasn't able to help me at all, just offered me delivery tomorrow, I just can’t see the point to have it after birthday.
