I watched sainsbury van pull into my drive to let a car go by then he just drove off, no delivery, called chat and i have a copy i was lied to by memberof staff for over an hour, they even asked do yu want a refund and i stated in writing no i want my goods, clearly stated in writing they would contact the manager to arrange re delivery and would be notified overnight of delivery time, i stayed up all night checking nothing, i contacted sainsbury's again this morning to find out what they were doing about my delivery they cancelled my £200 order i'm a pensioner i totally rely on home delivery i don't have a car so now i've got to wait 5 days before i can use my money to give an order to another supermarket, i'm 74 and the lies this company uses is unforgivable. To treat people like this this company does not deserve business from the public
