The staff at sahivalue are pathetic to the core...waited for 2.5 hours and den got to the counter...showed the phone honor 10 that i want to sell and dey checked it for 45 mins...dey offered me 17.5k...den again started checkin the device for another 15 mins...and finally started billing procedure...suddenly dry realise that they added ear phone to the list but no ear phone is included...for God sake...this phone is not sold with ear phone so why should i be liable for this...told dem...det say system is reverting like this...i said it was too much timepass happening...so dont want to sell and walked out...both the staff were ignorant and pathetic assistants.., this incident happened today...2nd october 2018...

bought the phone on sunday oneplus 64 gb but after use phone is defeat battry is gone not chargi g phone is geting hot with in 3 minute when i went back they denied to replace either if iam paying more to get another they deniying only thye can repair they sau .. i hiven the phone today .. but when it will repair and when i wil get back they dont say .. if phone will not get proper i wil go to customer form and police case tooo ..

Definitely not worth an experience. Sahi value ain't as transparent as they reflect. I registered with sahi value to sell my one plus 2 64 gb for which sahi value quoted the price of rs. 10, 300 fr option of excellent condition as my handset had minor scratches. However to my surprise the sahi value executive denied the value of 10300 and offered me price of 7800. Plus I had to pay him 200 as his service charges which I found unacceptable. Since I dint find the deal acceptable, I chose not to sell my handset and lost rs 200 to sahi value executive as his service charges. They are a big fraud earning by offering good prices online and taking away service charges and later refusing the offer quoted.
Please do not fall a prey to their quotations.
Missed out a point.. Executive deducted rs 700 from what he was offering stating I did not have an original data cable fr which I accepted, bt then again played and informed I will still have to give the data cable for which I said why would I give data cable when you already deducted the price of not giving it with handset. Finally deal was canceled and I had to pay him 200 moreover I lost my time fr an unacceptable situation. Now I have cleared all my 50 gb data and deal gets canceled.. What a wastage of time over this so called stupid fakers.

Think twice or even thrice before you make your purchase from these people. They talk very sweet and force you in one way or the other to buy from them with their false promises. I bought a brand new sealed boxed mobile phone. They asked me to pay for it first and then open the box. I did so and when tested the phone right on their desk, the phone turned faulty. And guess what, they made a statement that I need to visit the service centre if the phone has a problem, they aren't responsible. How pathetic! This gets more worse... I visit the service centre in an hour after having a dribbling session with them and I'm said by the service centre that the phone was a used phone and damaged during use! At present I'm sitting with a used and repaired phone which was bought disguised as brand new sealed boxed phone! Big time rippers! Stay away from them!Less »

They told me online price of Iphone 6 plus to sell 20000 and booked appintment for next day . I recd a call with a very rude and attitude voice that we can only give 15000 as everday our price changes. pathetic service . dont sell or buy with them.

I totally agree, these people are bunch of cheaters, they sell faulty pieces to their customers. Never buy anything from here. Such people should be handed over to police. 26000 rs wasted by buying Samsung s6 from them.they had given me piece which had battery issue. They took it for repairing and after 10 days they returned.when I checked the phone this time display was not working well.
They are cheats, never get in their trap, they fool on website and value our phone much lower, while checking phone in closed door, they damage the phone and force you to sell at cheap rate, also if you buy from them they give you faulty phone . never go to them
This Sahi Value service is pathetic, the counter staff is very rude and dont bother or care for their customer at all. I had a personnel experience yesterday where they purchased my phone and after waiting for an hour still no payment made. when asked the counter staff (Faisal) said that if you are not intrested in selling than take back your phone, I immediately took my phone back, Please dont visit them nor i will in my life.
